This has been my “home” when I visit São Paulo for a couple years now. The staff is always ready to assist. Usually an English speaker is on duty during the day. The breakfast buffet offers options like “farm breakfast” “healthy stop” and plenty of fruit. Not strictly speaking an “elegant” location, but being two blocks from Avenida Paulista has advantages, and restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all within a few minutes by foot. Generally a safe area from my experience. Taxi stand just outside the property, but Uber is available, too.

Someday I’d like to teach them how to make scrambled eggs where the whites & yolks aren’t runny and separated.

The staff and the location makes this a great hotel. Location was close to late night snacks, rooftop bar, restaurants, sites and shopping. We walked to many places and ubered to others. The staff was exceptional, which I was able to see because we had a problem caused by our own mistake. The staff went above and far beyond what I could have hoped, I really didn't hope for the generosity they offered. Thank you staff at Estanplaza Paulista! Also a shout out to the chef for omelets, He was very nice, and cared about the food. Omelets were great. One more, I left a tip (6 real) for the cleaning staff and they left a thank you note! So sweet.

The towels are thin, perhaps it would work better if you could leave a few more. Perhaps having towels at the pool or more towels in the room would be nice, too. We did not have wash clothes.

The property is very good located and in a nice and safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is amazing, variety of food with a cook on your disposal 🥰. The staff of the hotel are very nice. The room was very spacious like in the photo.

The gym has old machines, some of them impossible to use i.e. treadmill you canno’t run but you cab walk, as it has some damage on the track.

Stayed here alone for 2 nights Saturday to Monday. The breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, the room is spacious, the location is great! Not everyone speaks english well on the reception desk, so be a bit patient with the personnel. A special mention for the window blinds that are amazing! Haven't had the time to check the pool and other facilites.. An Uber to GRU airport was very quick to come in front of the hotel and it took around 45 minutes to get there for around 75 reis.

They don't give shower gel in the bathroom, but there is shampoo, soap and body cream!

After 7 years, I’m more family than paying guest: staff works to make everything come out OK: this time my flight had been cancelled, but they responded to my panicked call by assuring me everything would be taken care of. I enjoy the proximity to Paulista without all the noise, and the many different eating options within a 10-minute walk. Ibirupuera park is only a 35-minute walk.

Not dislikes: just observations: if you want designer sheets instead of crisp, clean bed linens, if you must have a famous address, if you value surface over substance, this is not the place for you.

The hotel is located at a walking distance of Avenida Paulista. The breakfast offer is very good and with a lot of variety of food. There's a cook taking order for you in the morning and he makes tapioca, omelets, etc. Very good value for the money.

The room that we've stayed in was turned against the main street which was a bit noisy during the night and in the morning. Event with the windows closed we could hear the noise in the street. The air con wasn't working but when we reported the issue someone went in to fix it. The bathroom seem to be old but it was well maintained and everything worked ok. The only thing is that it seems a bit old-fashioned.

Near of pubs and restaurant, very respectful staff. During my stay, I had a lots of arthritis pain, and the breakfast manager was very kind in helping me, serving my coffee and taking me to the table.

The lack of blankets. My friend and I slept in different beds and there haven’t blanket for both of us and it was a cold night.

Food was good. Hotel was clean. Staff was less interested in helping as we needed local guidance. Plus there was a huge language barrier. Good communication would have made our stay memorable.

Communication was a problem

Breakfast was very good, and the location is just perfect, a couple blocks away from MASP/Avenida Paulista.

The pool is very small and indoors, almost like a big jacuzzi. More than 4 people would be already too awkward to use it.

I've been staying at Estamplaze Paulista for many years and I believe it provides the best value for money in São Paulo, by far. Josevaldo, the front desk person, is amazing, super kind, and provided incredible service in my most recent stay.

The towels could be better. I also hope they will get back to 24h room service - it was interrupted during the pandemic and has not resumed yet.
