Bed was really big and comfortable, the bathroom was really nice and the breakfast was awesome.

The first room they gave us was not ready and it was dirty I think maybe they mixed up the room numbers but they changed it immediately so it was not a problem.

Great hotel for the price! I think I was lucky and found a good rate that day randomly. Thank God! I was staying cheap hotels for budget and this was quite a nice experience. Good breakfast, the guest and staff where nice. The room view was amazing, the room was big and the hallways where clean.

The elevator sometimes is too slow, that I waited 20 to 30 minutes, even if it was early in the morning and not so much guest.

The hotel is classic and historical, the new administration kept the things good, how it was, an added some new decoration. I liked.

Noise from other guests, at dawn, in the corridor, disturbing mine and my partner sleep.

location. república used to be a better place. i know it is not hotel’s fault. security is very good inside the hotel. there was some noise at night in the upper level floor.

Great breakfast, close to metro, city center, comfy beds in spacious rooms, good wifi and next to shops and pedestrian area. Great for exploring the city center. Bathtub!

Breakfast was a good value for the cost of the hotel. In general everything was fine in the hotel and I had a room away from the street and I enjoyed that it was very quiet. It was my refuge from the noise and dirt and hecticness of the city.

The area is a little uncomfortable at night to walk around, but I got used to it. The room I had was quite dark because the blind was always down.

the staff is super welcoming, checking in and communicating was super easy

I felt unsafe in the area, but I already expected that because the center of SP is a complicated place. However Bar Brahma is so close that it makes your night life easier, also taking an Uber/cab is super easy because there is security in the door all the time.
