From when we arrived all the staff were really friendly & helpful, our rooms were cleaned everyday, with news towels & mini toiletries when needed. Hotel do many free shuttle buses to & from Borovets centre which takes about 5 minutes. We were half board, many delicious food choices at breakfast & evening meals. Nice to relax in Lovely warm pool & spa facilities at the end of a day's skiing. We also enjoyed the pool table some evenings & use of the gym.

Location- Far away from center .they have a shuttle - what is nice , but it works only on specific hours. Pool is well heated ~29 degrees. nice , but very small for the amount of people. ( the second pool was closed ) And was very hot in a rooms, specially at evenings. There’s no option to control the temperature, so we slept with an open window. In general it’s a good value for money, but there are some little things to be improved. We enjoyed the stay

Very cozy hotel, warm and comfortable room, nice view from the window, friendly staff, tasty and varied food, good pool for children, 3 saunas, great massage. The room had everything you need - towels, slippers, robes, shower gel, shampoo. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Free transfer to the ski lifts during the day

The food was wonderful. Fresh salads daily and an incredible breakfast buffet for the healthy at heart and the fat boy breakfast types. Throughly enjoyed the meals here. The sauna and steam room was lovely. A really relaxing way of spending an hour after snowboarding! Reception staff are super helpful.

The restaurant staff were not very smiley nor pleasant. They also removed food from tables before you had finished. We were told that 10am was the end of breakfast but they were clearing it away ten minutes before. Not great really.

The breakfast and dinner were more than exceptional! The chef Jordan and his colleague Kremena gave us the sence of feeling more than welcome! They prepared a vast selection from the Bulgarian and International cuisine. The food was fresh, good quality, taste and very well presented! Special thanks to Peter, restaurant Manager, who made us feel as home! Hotel Reception desk attendant Grigor and all other Hotel staff were frendly, welcomming and ready to help us in any situation!

This is an excellent hotel and is great value for money. The food is amazing and the staff are kind and caring. The spa is fantastic after a long day.. The shuttle to the ski slopes are very frequent and only takes less than 5 minutes. I loved staying in this hotel and will go back for sure. Thank you

Spa was excellent. The hotel room was warm and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food was fine in general.

Room facilities can be upgraded, with coffee machine/ kettle and coffee/tea bags to be included in the rooms. Water should be provided free of charge during dinner. Bed sheets should have been changed at least once during our three night stay.

The hotel is clean, the food is very delicious, and the SPA is okay and the rooms are big enough for two people. The shuttle service works perfect.

There isn't any water at dinner, which doesn't make sense because for breakfast there is a water dispenser. Also the rooms aren't sound proof at all, you can hear everyone talking, opening doors etc.

Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. There was a wide variety of hot dishes, desserts, salads, fruits and vegetables. The hotel is surrounded by forest, this is a tranquil place. I also liked the swimming pool. The room was big and clean. The staff was kind and pleasant. A shuttle also delivers you to lifts and back to the hotel.

Sometimes it was too hot and stuffy in the room. We can't sleep well even if we open a window.

We very much enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the diversified breakfast to the spa which had an amazing pool with jacuzzi and glass roof. Staff was kind and helpful. In each day the room was cleaned, towels were changed if needed and we did not had any worries about the warmthness. Hotel is situated in a quiet zone of Borovets, don’t expect to have a 2 minute walk to the center. But this is not an inconveniece because you will have a free shuttle to bring you to and in from center.

Nothing much to say. Maybe the spa was a little crowded in a particular day, but that was the exception.
