Location was perfect - right in the midst of the trendy Kapana neighborhood and a stone throw away from the old town and the city center. The space was immaculately clean, spacious, perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The owner saved a parking spot for us in front of the building for an additional fee but a guaranteed parking is priceless in this area. WiFi was excellent and the overall space was functional.

The bathroom is small and there was a smell coming from the sewages but we kept the door closed and it didn't bother us much.

Great location in on the edge of Kapana, quiet at night. Owners arranged a taxi for us when we told them that we had to leave to catch a train early on Sunday morning which was nice of them. Fresh towel and a bity of a clean each say which was a pleasant surprise.

I thought I had booked one of the apartments with a large outdoor terrace but we ended up with a small balcony described as a terrace but this was a minor issue.

Everything was exceptional!I can’t praise enough Mr Angelov for the warm welcome.We had a terrible journey and everything was prepared for to the last detail to feel like home and be welcomed like by a family.It was very,very clean and very cosy.The view from the terraces is amazing.Just make a such a difference to wake up to such a view!We had our appartement cleaned daily and change bedding every 3 days!It was the best of both words-living in a hotel in the comfort of a spacious apartment.The size was perfect for 5 of us.The neighbourhood is great- walking distance from great restaurants,coffee shops,supermarket,historic landmarks,shops.Big shopping mall in 20 minutes walk.One of the biggest bonuses is reserved parking space outside the entrance of the building!iIt just ticked all the boxes for us for comfort,location and cleanliness.We can’t wait to come back!It was great and memorable experience

I Will mention it because maybe someone will find as a disadvantage,but it wasn’t for us .There is no lift in the property and we were on the 4th floor.But I believe if you struggling to climb stairs or having push chair to carry will be an issue.For us was ok as we had the most amazing view from there and I would never used the lift anyway.Even when we visit again I would insist for having the same apartment if available regardless!

Bright House is a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect and the apartments are spacious, very clean and you can find everything you might need during your stay. Despite being located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants, it is very quiet during the night . We’ve been here for two weeks and we are travelling with two toddlers, but we felt very comfortable and very well looked after by all the staff members. We strongly recommend Bright House if you decide to visit Plovdiv.

The location is superb. The apartment - too. It's everything you need for one ot two nights stay in Plovdiv. The rooms are big, the beds - comfortable and the balcony is nice. True, it might get a little bit loud in the night but, hey, you're where the night life is happening. And the host was so polite and possitive.

The shower enclosement is small, so you have to be carefull not to take it down. Also - there is no elevator. It was not a problem for me, but if you have problems with the mobility or you have to carry up a stroller, it might be tricky.

Right in the middle of the Kapana district, walking distance to everywhere. Good air conditioning and bedroom at rear nice and quiet. Staff gave us a SIM card for our ipad when the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Car parking is a bonus in this area but only if you don’t plan to move your car whilst you are there. It is on street outside the apartment but move it and you lose it!

• All the apartments were huge • Everything was clean and very new • There is air conditioning everywhere • more than enough amenities • Close to all the modern restaurants and bars, as well as the old town

It is a great hotel in the heart of Plovdiv. The flats are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and despite being surrounded by many restaurants it is actually very quiet at night time. The staff members are amazing, always ready to help, the whole family felt well looked after. Many thanks to Bright House team.

●Parking isn't provided for all flats and it's up to luck whether to find one nearby. Hopefully we parked very close Bright House, Mr Dimitrov took care of it. ●We had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was derived from the drain though.

The location was great, right in the center of Plovdiv. The apartment was clean and even if we stayed just for two nights someone came for cleaning while we were out. The staff was very nice.

We had to pay additionaly 20 euros for the parking, no bill was offered for this. There was a strange smell at the bathroom.
