Very well designed place, romantic location at the heart of the old city. Comfortable and nice rooms, employees are extremely polite and helpful. The place is new and very well maintained, high quality art exposed everywhere. The building itself is an architecture jam, restoration was magnificently done.

I paid €218 for one person 2 nights, the value for money is poor. There are absolutely no public areas except of a small yard and a tiny dining room. The rooms are poorly equipped, TV is very small and not useful, there is no desk in the room, no place for luggage, espresso machine is paid. Breakfast was a big disappointment, very little and strange. Unfortunately there are much better options in Plovdiv for half of the price I've paid.

The breakfast was great, prepared right on time-you could actually choose from a menu the day before. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town and near the Roman theater.There is free parking nearby.

You need to have your reservation confirmation ready to enter the old town by car, also it is not easy to drive to the hotel because of the narrow streets.

I liked the strategic location, that also provides opportunity for a free parking in the old town and stay late there without worrying how to go back elsewhere. Old town and the nearby Kapana is the most spectacular part of Plovdiv city, the one and main tourist attraction, so location is really top. Also, nice and helpfu staff. Breakfast was nice, cleanliness was exceptional, bathroom was comfy and well-furnished. The toilettries were very helpful and thoughtful for a short-term stay so you don't need to bring too many basic things for your stay.

Rooms are luxurously furnished, but the complete lack of any window sight was quite claustrophobic for me. In our room window was only on top of the ceiling where you can only see some sky. That in combination with the little size of room, was a bit tight. It's quite allright for a single night, but if it were for more, I wouldn't have felt comfortable. You also need to know that getting a table in the nearby restaurants without a reservation is impossible, expecially on a sat. evening. The atmosphere of the nearby streets and locations is spectacular, but it's also very crowded. You just need to be prepared that you might remain hungry or put up with the only possibility available where you can get a table.

the room is very congested. being at the low rooms where the windows are at street level is not comfortable and because you cant open the ac cooling, when opening the window it becomes too noisy to sleep with walkers-by.

The property had a sense of uniqueness and beauty about it. The location in the old town was perfect and quiet. During our stay we required some medical help and the staff were fantastic in organising this for us. Not only this but we were privately driven to the medical facility and made sure that our needs there were going to be met. The aim of this hotel is to deliver a personal service and I believe that they go above and beyond this. We thank you very much for everything as well as the wonderful stay at the hotel.

The location in the heart of the Old Town is perfect. Cozy, home-like atmosphere in the hotel - great. Attitude and friendliness of the staff - amazing. We checked-in at 23:00 tired and grouchy - Receptionist Alex made it all a great experience. We have been taken care of in smallest details, even with late drinks selections.

The standard breakfast, although delicious, was selection of small bruschetta followed by toast topped with pancake layer and jam. Too much bread, not much of the choices.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is great.

The hotel is located in the old town and access by car is limited only to hotel guests and residents of that area. We were not informed by the hotel about this and we thought we cannot reach the hotel by car or the location in google is incorrect. I called the property and asked them and they did not explain that we can enter the area where the hotel is located by car and that we simply need to explain to the person at the gate that we going to the hotel. Even though I explained on the phone that google is routing us to a barrier and we had to go around 2 or 3 times trying to find the hotel.

Not a brilliant breakfast. Limited selection. Small portions.

We had a very nice room with lovely bathroom. The breakfast/brunch option in the morning was different and very tasty, taken on the small terrace. There is parking just down the road, overlooking the Roman Theatre.

Plovdiv’s Old Town is gated and we were unaware of this so were unaware that we had to go to the gate and show our booking receipt in order to be let through which meant we went round in circles a couple of times. Not sure if this is Booking.com’s fault or the hotel’s but should certainly be mentioned in directions.
