The location was great! Perfect for walking to the center or to old town Plovdiv. The rooms were very nice and clean.

When we checked out the staff never told us that we would be charged for parking if we left the lot after 12pm. The staff at the garage didn’t speak any English and motioned us to just drive out, the front desk didn’t make it right and charged us for 3 hours of parking after having stayed in the hotel 2 nights prior.

Staff are very helpful . Recived a nice welcome. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel sent cake for my friends birthday which was lovely. Breakfast is a magnificent feast! So much to choose from and quality products . Parking right outside in car park. The pool and spa are very good.

The room was too hot and no way of controlling the heating. The shower is in the bath, it's quite high and wide to climb in with no grab rails. Very easy to slip . No drawers to put clothes in. Had a wardrobe and shelves though.

The extra wallet fee with no distinctive service value (reputable hotels got the services and never charge extra). Same goes for the extra fees for use of the swimming pool. (Usually it is free for the guests of the hotel). There was shampoo but no conditioner in the bath

Location is excellent. Very good spa centre. Rooms are enough spacious.

The early check out. Sometimes the hotel is overcrowded (like it was this time).

The location is excellent, a nice walking distance to all the major attractions, shops, restaurants with a supermarket 50m away.Breakfast is excellent with lots of international and more local meal choices. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and luxuriously appointed, Parking is perfect, in the hotel complex under the casino and comes with in/out privileges once you register at the reception. The rooms are very secure- need a key to use elevator. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff they are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional! So for a great location, comfort, cleanliness and outstanding staff, look no further!!

Minor point- keep your key card away from your phone to stop it demagnetising and a trip to the front desk!

Hotel is big and old but but renovated rooms are very comfortable . I like this hotel in general .

Casino is also big but service strange . We were playing and ordered just some tosts .It came 1 hour later and they asked to we eat them at another table :) Our car was in their park lot and it was free We just went out 12.30 and when returned to ask reception .She said that " after 12.00 you must to pay 3 BGN " . I just looked to them and said ok . All weekend , we spent time in their casino + stayed in a 3 room and that was their answer . Its a very small point and nothing for me but I can just say I didnt like it.

it's a very recommended hotel   Very nice hotel, very big one with shopping center, coffee shop etc. well maintained,located in the center.near a lot of shops restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops. The room was big, good, very comfortable. Clean towels, Bathroom is  big,  hot water, comfortable, were supplied shampoo , shower gel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with a parking area in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were buffet , tasty, fresh, and were served perfectly, with a lot of veriaty Great indoor pool (additional charge) and spa zone, fitness (additional charge) The staff is excellent, welcoming, hospitality was a perfect experience. Bottom line -it's a very recommended hotel

The Hotel is very close to all points of interest. We stayed at 9th floor and had breath taking views of the city. The apartment had actually 1.5 bathrooms, not just 1, which was a very nice surprise. Very comfortable beds. Quality of vegetables at breakfast was outstanding. We ordered room service one evening and the food was very good.

As we mentioned to the reception when leaving, I do not get it why the living in the apartment has 5 lounge chairs and not a coach?! Beats me. But it is uncomfortable to watch TV and it is a pity since the living is otherwise very spacious and nice. A bit more options at breakfast would be nice, and coffee definitely needs improving.

We arrived in the afternoon helpful stuff carried our luggage in as we were checking in , the stuff is good but some training in English would be great. Restaurants were closed except from one same as all the shops in the Hotel vicinity which is really strange with the weekend coming up, The pool area was clean so was all the spa and massage facilities Fun people in that hotel area. The deep tissue massage was great and the rose baths.All in all I would stay there again.

No outside heaters unexpected temperatures were around 0 Celsius. The front desk has no idea that the new US passport is a card .... Too many kids on the top floor which made it impossible to get some rest in between meetings. Last but not least was one of the security guys asking for 3€ for not clearing the parking space , no cars waiting anywhere....So concluding and summing up a few minor things need to change...

My room preferance was upgraded, so it was wonderful to stay in larger room. The bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner works fine, does it's job. My option also included breakfast, and the breakfast was good and adequate.

The toilet and bathroom is seperated, it is a good option for using bathroom and toilet at the same time but you have to move to the bathroom to was your hands. That is the only thing I didn't like about the room.
