Location is near historical area. Staff is a helpful guy.

If you travel with your car, I do not recommend this hotel. Parking fee of the hotel is expensive and parking space is extremely narrow.

We were going to Greece to the coast via Bulgaria from Serbia. As we were running late (horrible traffic at border crossing), we contacted the hotel and received clear instructions on how to check in after hours of reception. We checked in at around 9:15 pm and all worked well! We went out to Kapana district afterwards and the hotel was only a few hundred meters away. Beds were good, parking was safe, and, in the morning, the staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too, and we enjoyed the coffee - kids loved the warm milk!

Nothing really not to like, we were only sad that we planned on one night in Plovdiv.

Staff were very polite and helpful. They changed my room on request. As my AC was not working.

There is no breakfast buffet as shown in the pictures. You must order everything individually and the prepare for you. The pool is also out of order. The staff were over working. One person working for breakfast, in kitchen and also on the hotel reception. If you need anything during breakfast you avoid order seeing the staff situation.

- The great location, near to old city center. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants in the nearby - Good cleaning - New and fresh towels and bed sheets

- The main disappoint is parking. It was listed that private parking is provided, no one sentence about additional payment. To be honest it was the main point why we chose this hotel. At the end it turned to paid parking - 15 lev per night for the tiny place. - The hotel still keep “Soviet Units” design - Our windows were out to the busy street, where was a lot of noise from driving through cars. In addition the outside hotel ad shined into the room. In combination with poor curtains it make the sleep really uncomfortable

The hotel is a walking distance to the centre. Attentive staff speaking very good English. The breakfast is served by staff, there are 6 pre-set choices. The AC is definitely useful in hot summer days/nights. Very.good wifi signal.

Only minor things: 1) It would be nice to have a coffee machine at breakfast, so that guests can self-serve. 2) We had a room facing the backyard and there must have been a dog/dogs at a balcony/yard nearby, who were barking/howling for a big part of a day and night.

Nice hotel, walking distance from the main street and around 20 mins to the railway station. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

I don't like it when the shower is in a bathtub as this creates the danger of slipping which almost happened to me. Other than that, everything was fine

Friendly, helpful staff. Good location with a lovely park on one side and a 10 minute walk to the central area of town on the other.

Small rooms. Only ONE power outlet in the room ... on the opposite wall from the bed. Fortunately, the small size of the room meant that this outlet wasn't too far from the bed. Evidently cheap construction, from the toilet connected to the down pipe with exposed flex pipe, to flimsy doors, mattress, rugs, et cetera.

The room and balcony were spacious. Excellent location by the Russian monument. Terrific value for money. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but it was a made to order meal which was pretty good. Availability to pay for private parking but there are lots of spaces around that you you might be able to use the street.

The carpeting and furniture in the room could use an update.

It was comfy and clean. Had options for smokers on the balcony. The view was good. Also has options for cleaning/dry cleaning for your clothes if you're staying longer. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to try the food, but the restaurant looks quite good and also has a level with view. Homey, but also a bit luxurious.

The fridge in my room was turned off, which is understandable, but when I turned it on, it didn't do much cooling. Although it might be partially my fault for not checking if it was set to cooling temperature beforehand. One other small con in my opinion is that it looks a bit old, a bit dated, but overall I can't complain. I stayed for only one night, but I could see myself staying there for a few more days!

All very good. Good location for train and bus stations and within walking distance of the "Old Town" and City Centre. Charming and helpful staff, great room with comfortable bed ( had booked a superior room with balcony - well worth it), tea/coffee making facilities and fridge, choice of breakfast cooked on request.
