I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel and the atmosphere was wonderful. Pets are allowed in the hotel. There is a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. The hotel has a conference hall and an animation corner. The restaurant is filled with a unique smiling staff that energizes. The food is varied, especially in the themed evenings, which are worth attending. The nature surrounding the hotel and restaurant is wonderful for relaxing on your vacation. I was a guest during the French celebration, the decorations were great and so was the food. It is worth to be a guest in this hotel.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. We were upgraded to an apartment which was enormous. The food was exceptional, the variety and quality. I saw things I have never seen in hotels before in Bulgaria such as whole trout. And big pork neck steaks done on a barbecue. And just to mention they had a microwave. I love to see this as I like my food piping hot.

Internet spped was poor. Almost non-existent in the room and not much better in the public areas. No sausage at breakfast. The hotel is a bit in need of updating.

Great location, very good food, staff was friendly, perfect for a family vacation.

Food was amazing (assortment and quality is great). Stuff is helpful and nice. Territory is big and green. Huge swimming pool.

Unpleasant smell from the furniture. I had to cover it with towels, otherwise I couldn’t sleep. Also strong and constant smell of urine in the toilet. My relative which was staying in different room claimed the same problem.

The food is still on great level; the location is perfect

Needs refreshing of the accommodation buildings; the facilities at the beach was excluded from the price, which was huge unpleasant surprise!

The breakfast was ok, particularly the crepes were very delicious. The food variety was not big, but the things offered was tasty.

Staff at the restaurant were too slow to clean up the tables. You could end up with the whole of your table full of dirty dishes. Hotel is run down, wardrobes falling apart, bathrooms with mold, balconies were never cleaned..

The location is good - close to the beach. The animation program for the kids was nice. The staff is kind and friendly.

The room and especially the bathroom was dirty. Few of the tiles were broken. For all inclusive it is supposed to have the same food during all period of the dinner not only the first 30 minutes. Also the quality of the food wasn’t the best. We asked for an additional towel but they didn’t bring it.

The location is perfect.

We used to come here a lot, but now the quality has gone bad. It is extremely dirty not only in the public areas, but also in the room bathrooms. The food quality isn’t also what it used to be. We were surprised to see the wooden bridge removed from the pool, as it was a nice shortcut to the kids club.

Food was fairly good but ran out quickly. Beach was lovely.

Staff were unsmiling, unhelpful. Hotel was tired, tatty and in need of updating. Handfuls of tiles coming off in swimming pool

Great location, next to the beach. The beach in Primorsko is really clean and nice. Perfect for a family holiday.

The hotel actually overbooked and requested us to cancel our whole stay 3 days before our arrival date. It's needless to say that we had already booked flights, etc. We complained and they send us to the nearby hotel even though we had friends staying at the same hotel. It made things a lot more complicated. Room was dirty and super disappointing for the price we paid. Restaurant at Les Magnolias (even though we slept elsewhere we ate at Les Magnolias) was below average. Salads were great but most other things were quite poor. Hygiene was the big problem even at the restaurant. No consideration for COVID, no distance - absolutely nothing. Very poor experience.
