Everything except for the parking.

The ad in Booking says free parking and that’s only part of the truth. They have an underground parking space that is secure and keeps your car away from the elements and that’s 20lv additional per night. The free parking is actually a grassy, muddy area that if it rains enough you will have a fun time driving out of. The grassy parking is only secured by a padlock that can easily be cut and the gate can actually probably be kicked down if you tried hard enough. The underground parking is empty most of the time.. i believe it should be available to guests without cost. If not, at least make the overground parking a bit more secure and maybe pave it.

We visited Siena Palace second year in a row and we were as amazed as the first time. Each member of the staff was super friendly and polite. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. And of course the parking was for sure a plus. The relax zone at the pool and the sauna/jacuzzi were a life saver for the days that were not suitable for the beach. The only thing i would suggest to be improved is the fabric of the umbrellas at the pool as they were ripped at some places and ir ruins, a little bit, the perfect aesthetic of the whole complex. Even with that said, I highly recommend this place to everyone and we will for sure visit it again.

Beautiful hotel near the beach with own pool and bar. Professional staff (the receptionist were always ready to help, the cleaning lady was really kind). The hotel itself is not too large (in comparison with other hotels in Primorsko) which is a big plus for using the services of hotel (e.g. pool, breakfast etc.) and it makes the stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff, excellent location with private parking. Breakfast was great, cozy atmosphere. Personal attitude and understanding to guests’ needs.

Mattress was good but could be better. Cleanliness was also sufficient but I would recommend deep cleaning of the bathroom and carpet on regular basis.

Great premises - nice and spacious rooms! Very quite and very clean! Great location as it is very close to the beach and also to the city centre.

Food was not great at all. The only good thing about breakfast was the omelettes. I think a 4 star hotel should provide better products and higher quality. For example, the jam (which really looked more like hard jelly with no sign of fruit in it) and the chocolate was the cheapest possible option you could get on our market. Other than the food, we had a great experience and were very pleased with the hotel.

It was a new, clean hotel with a nice, clean swimming pool. The distance to the beach was short and the breakfast was good.

The parking was not very close to the hotel, although still walking distance. Quite a few of the staff seemed new and inexperienced. There was a loud pub/mehana close by making it difficult to sleep before 11pm.

Absolutely amazing! All staff was so helpful, smiling. Exceptional manager, receptionists, delicious food! Clean room every day! Close to beach! Went for massage and would like to recommend Veselin Stoianov - perfect profesiionalist , knowledgeable, brilliant! Thank you also to the kitchen stuff, and particularly to Elitca- very helpful and wonderful at her duties! Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make us feel welcome and to have beautiful time! Everything was high standard!

Very nice and clean environment, really polite helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and really delicious dinners. Also very nice area to rest outside around pool. Free parking behind the corner. I liked everything and our stay was very pleasant in this hotel.

Close to the beach (about 3 mins walking). The staff was very well trained and exceeded my expectations. My birthday happened to be during my stay - we have got a bottle of champagne, complimentary from the hotel - very nice impression. A decent buffet breakfast was included in the price. There are two swimming pools outside and a relax zone. Comfortable bed and clean room. Free car parking area. Parts of the hotel were decorated in a very good looking vintage style.

It was a good overall experience.

The breakfast was rich. I have enjoyed the meals and the variety. Freshly prepared, tasty and the restaurant is clean. The personal is very friendly. The internet speed was also good enough.

One thing if applicable I would add - please ensure there is a brighter choice for beer beverages like IPA. :-)
