Very good hotel, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Near the beach which is great and a lot of parking spaces.

There is kids' disco all night and it's very loud, it's good for the kids but what about the teens and grown-ups. There was nothing for these types of age group people.

Very good location, the beach is across the street, the city center is on 10 min walk. The food was varied and delicious. It was quiet. The apartment was big with huge balcony. The staff was friendly.

It was clean but not enough for me. The standard of cleaning should be more high. Else everything was perfect.

We come here for a second time. Everything is fine. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and smile. We return again.

There were dog's hairs all over the first place they offered us. After moving us to another apartment everything was fine.

Decent value-for-money apartment-hotel beside the beach, we were lucky to have a great view of the sea from our room which was lovely to wake up to. The balcony was very spacious, big enough for a full size dining table and 2 deck chairs. The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged an early checkin for us

Staff was very polite and the location is perfect for families, away from the noise, close to the beach.

Internet connection was very unstable and not working most of the time. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. There is no microwave, no frying pans and no pots. All that renders the kitchen almost useless.

Very convenient location Unfortunately the accommodation is in need of refurbishment as it’s outdated. The staff were very friendly and helpful They need to improve the all inclusive as the food was almost the same every day. What was very disappointing for an all inclusive hotel was the fact the ice cream was not included( for a family hotel that is a must).

Nice location and very friendly staff

The hotel as hole was clean, the house kippers was cleaning every day and towels were changed every day too. Food was tasty and diverse. The soups and cooked food were appreciated but the quality of some of the other products wasn't so good. Staff was friendly and polite! The pool was clean!

Food quality could be better! The free alcohol is lower quality too, but the pool bar was fine!
