Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, well decorated rooms and hotel spaces. Liked that it was family friendly and offered baby food, despite our children being teens. I wish that was offered at hotels when my kids were babies. We thought that was thoughtful to younger families.

Shower head oddly positioned in middle of bar rather than at top, making it awkward to shower properly/easily. A toiletry storage unit would be useful in the bathroom under the sink to hold toiletry bags. Too much rap music at the rooftop bar. Could have had a better/more varied play list. Would have been nice to have a list of spa services printed in the room and in English, as well as translated into English on the elevator.

Clean, cozy hotel with excellent location. Great food in the restaurant - absolutely delicious, very well presented. The breakfast was also a nice surprise! Freshly squeezed juice, big choice of fruits, good coffee. The room was very comfortable with lovely balcony and lovely view. The spa is not big, but absolutely enough and really nice! The massages! Really recommend the oxygen therapy 👌 The service in the whole hotel (reception, spa, restaurant) was very good, very kind and helpful staff. We liked the place really a lot and hopefully will come back soon.

Just the pillow was not comfortable. But they promised to take care 😉 (and a bit noisy in the spa - but this is due to lack of spa behavior of the guests...)

The service in the hotel is very nice. The restaurant is gorgeous. All the meals I tried from the menu were good and I'm willing to eat them again. Also very close to the hotel there are other restaurants, which are options if you want to try something else. From the hotel you can easily go for a walk in the forest. There is a nice kids playground close to the hotel. There is also kids room within the hotel.

The swimming pool is small and you can use only a ladder to go in/out. There are no wide steps. The swimming pool is separated by glasses from the reception. It's strange that I can look at the people swimming while I'm at the reception. There are limited options for staying in the water / sun-bathing outside.

The hotel is quite nice. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel, but good that it wasn’t crowded when we were there. it has a children pool too. breakfast was okay and offers variety of meats, eggs and pastries.

The spa doesnt have variety like other hotels in other spa areas in Bulgaria. The food in the restaurant is average and overpriced. The alcohol is very expensive too - 9lv for a 440ml beer. AC turns on automatically if you open/close the window and if you forget to turn it off and leave the room, you come back to a sauna. Not ideal when you are with a 6m old baby.

The hotel is very well isolated, so even if it's at the main street, when the windows are closed it's super quiet. Also, it's very clean, the spa area as well is taken care off. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is amazing! Freshly pressed juices, fruits, veggies, pancakes, eggs... Such a variety! Also the restaurant is serving great food, but better reserve in advance. It's also great that you can get a parking spot, which is just across the road.

It was suuuuuper hot, like the pool was too hot to swim and also the rooms are heated up a lot and it's hard to regulate. However, that's more of a first world problem.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was enough and the food in the restaurant is very delicious and has wonderful presentation. The staff were very kind. The water is mineral and was wonderful. Our rooms were perfect- so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our baby did not miss anything and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. Definitely we will return! Already missing the place and planning to return soon!

It's a small and cozy "city-type" hotel. Location is great, it's very close to the center and to the mountains. The property has a large free parking lot. Staff was super friendly, restaurant was excellent. The spa center was really nice, it offers everything you need. The room was big and clean. The rooftop bar offers an amazing view.

The relax area at the spa is unnecessarily large, the could have been some other facilities built there instead.

103 SPA is a cosy spa hotel in the very centre of Sapareva Banya, furnished in modern fashion. It has a large enough SPA and thermal pool facilities considering the size of the whole building. The staff is friendly and smiles often, particularly the staff of the SPA creates a very positive vibe. The food is combination of different cuisines both local and international. Standart rooms are well furnished for a comfy for a couple. If you go with kid/s you better opt for a suite or appartment.

A suggestion that could be considered is having the parking lot covered with asphalt rather than the cobble stone surface.
