This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel. The place is amazing, in my opinion the most beautiful in all of Bulgaria. Two sandy beaches with a bar. The one closer to the hotel has great service, nice and experienced staff. The pools are clean and the garden is beautiful and well maintained around the whole complex. The hotel does not communicate via email. We had an 11 month old baby with us and there is a cot in the room on request as there are a limited number of them. We wrote three emails requesting through booking.com and two emails through the email on the hotel's official website, but never received a reply. This is important to know when traveling by plane. So we took the cot with us. In the end, the crib was in the hallway and we could have taken it to our room, so taking ours was unnecessary. Drinks were offered at dinner but there was no drinks menu so we didn't know the range or price.

It is heaven on earth. Place to relax, unwind and be amongst purest nature at its best. For young families, romantic couples, mature travellers, it has something for everyone. Everyone from reception, restaurant workers to cleaners are top professionals and make you so welcome. Excellent facilities, the highest standards in everything, modern, fabulous rooms with the most comfortable mattresses, delicious food and of course the most amazing nature around you. Thank you all so much, I missing it already and hoping to come again

Breakfast and dinners are good. The only missing things - seafood. Swimming pools are always available, there is a special one with great view, it’s cool.

Haven’t found a fitness room. No entertainment. No beach bar at the beach near the hotel, so if you would like to eat or drink you have to organize it beforehand.

Choice of 2 beautiful beaches, each with sun loungers and a bar. Room was spacious and clean. Large complex with a small shop onsite, breakfast was varied and tasty.

Couldn't work out how to use the safe in the room and no instructions, and only options for food are to drive/taxi into nearest town or eat in hotel restaurant. Food in the restaurant was really nice, but if staying for more than a few days you might want more variety.

The location, the terrace with a view to the sea, the proximity to the nature, the transport to the beach , the format - close complex, but comfortable and cozy

the apartment is not cleaned for arrival, the bathroom is in the sand, the bed in the bedroom is hard

The resort was not fully finished so there was noise and traffic from the ongoing construction of some areas. There was no fridge but the staff brought some old fridge in the room, when asked.

The complex is on a cliff, right to the sea, and there is a pathway around it with really breathtaking views. The beach is right to it. Several pools, couple of restaurants and a little shop in the complex. The room was big, seemed soundproofed, with an elevator in the building.

The view from the terrace was advertised as a sea view, but it was actually a side sea view - under the terrace was the ugly roof of the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were just OK, nothing special. Strange for 5* hotel - the parking was just a lawn nearby, but at least it was free of charge.

Hotel rooms are renovated, tasty food, nice stuff.

There is every day room cleaning but it was not as it should be in 5* hotel.

Free access to Arkutino beach every 30 min. Free umbrella and chaise-longs on both beaches and pool. Free parking. Very clean and not crowded. Very reasonable price for dinner. Food is ok (not bad not great) Clean and spacious rooms. Staff is ok. I do recommend!

Rooms can be renovated. Breakfast can be better.
