Nice hotel , large clean room with a beautiful vieu , good and quiet location , 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Untrained hotel staff. Untrained waiters who do not know how to arrange a table for serving lunch or dinner.The menu is weak and I did not serve a meal in that location Completely untrained bartender, 20 minutes to prepare a cocktail he doesn`t know the recipes for a simple Bloody Mary. Of course I couldn`t drink that cocktail it was something disgusting .In generally they are kind and polite. By the way the pool is toooo small that is for children`s.

Best beds ever! Best service ever (especially for Bulgaria)! Finally a place that understands customer service. I am impressed with the way the hotel is ran. From the cleaning crew to the responsible manager, everyone was amazing. Will definitely repeat. No pseudo lux, no fuss. Very attentive staff without being annoying, they always foresaw our needs and were paying attention (amazingly all of them were apparently 20 years old). Thank you to all the team for allowing us to enjoy our stay without any headaches. We got 3 very big rooms with the best view in the hotel in my opinion. The mattress was the best ever (will buy the same), as well as the size of the bed. I was pleasantly surprised there were many hangers in the wardrobe as well as a plug in the bathroom. The room was clean. The terrace was very nice. The pool area was great, very well maintained and for the first time ever I saw rules being enforced in Bulgaria: a member of the staff asked a mother of 2 kinds to stop them from jumping and going wild in the pool. The food in the restaurant was tasty (had 6 different meals) and the prices were fair. The breakfast was amazing! Very good variety and very tasty! Amazing pancakes. The drinks at the bar were very nice and fair priced. The alcohol cocktails had a good amount of quality alcohol in them, the frappés were big.

Qiuet and clean hotel. Great location and large rooms.The personnel was polite and smiling. Great and diverse breakfast .We were surprised to descover that the hotel grows homemade vegetables and offers them to their guests. The teste was absolutely amazing! Wi-fi was good enough. Close to the beach-5 min walk.

Only the water in the pools was a bit cold and improper for children.

The breakfast was better that I was expecting. Something for everyone. Plenty of young staff who all seemed to be helpful. The reception staff and the bar staff all seemed very friendly. The rooms were a good size.

We did not have a kettle in the room. I do not know if it is the fault of the hotel or the fault of Booking.com. But I checked the information to see if we would have a kettle and it stated we would. We didn't.

Although most of the staff are young people they were all courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and meals in the evening were very good. Hotel is situated in the perfect place to reach north beach in walking distance.

+ Very friendly staff (all of them - in the reception, restaurant and room service), they also speaks English, + room was always clean, + mini bar in the room, + great breakfasts, + good value for the money, + free parking, + swimming pool (but a little bit small), + pool table, tennis court available (paid extra), + only 7 min from the beach

- mediocre air condition, - facilities available only in certain times (swimming pool 10 am - 6 pm, pool table until 8 pm)

The staff were very friendly. Our room was very nice, clean and as described. The location of the hotel is about 7-8 min from the beach and very near the center. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The lunch menu was very good and well prices

The only thing I can think that I did not like was that they had only one brand of beer, which was not for my taste, but that is just my opinion

The cleanness place ever. Staff were awesome. Food was excellent. Overall great place I will definitely go back next summer.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff even though they were young were very professional and polite. Anything we asked for was given within the hour. Covid measures were well put into practice. The sea and other amenities were in walking distance and the hotel was in an excellent quiet location with free parking.

The only negative was that the menu was only partly in English, although it wasn't a problem as most of the staff spoke the language but we imagine that maybe other nationalities may have had the same problem as we did.
