Never went for breakfast, short walk down steps to beach or a long maybe 15 mins down the hill. Hair dryer in bathroom which was fast and great. Towels changed daily if needed. Car park very dear about 17 Lev a day which would mount up over the 2 weeks stay. you can take English money and change into Lev while u are there.

We were at the front of the hotel and there is a couple of bars over the road which play very load music till about 1 am we didn't mind because we were up late anyway but felt sorry for people with kids wanting to sleep.

I liked the hotel. The area nearby is under massive reconstruction, they are fixing roads etc. The hotel is bright, breakfast superb, i wish i took also the dinner when i booked. It is decently priced at 30 leva, the spa is great. Highly recommend the massage done by the Ukrainean lady, she has magic golden hands. We will return here for sure

I wish the beach was a bit closer. But it is a wonderful walk to get there. Nice and relaxed resort.

As a 4* hotel, some things needs to be constantly checked, and others improved, like: - attention to details within the room (entry door looked broken, couch was messy, bathroom door a bit dirty etc.); - tv too small for the room and faulty remote; - an additional light for shaving and better view in the bathroom mirror would be helpful; - shower draining was not functioning well; - coffee machines were not based on natural coffee and fresh milk and the quality of coffee questionable as a result. Overall, things should be improved in order to keep the 4* certification, but I'm sure it can be done in the future.

The food was excellent, lots of choices. The room was very clean and we got fresh towels daily.

They have a problem with the water pressure, it's very low and it can be difficult if you are trying to wash your hair. Also, the alcohol is cheap and you can tell by the taste of it. It is also not very varied, and for well known drinks such as Apperol and Campari you have to pay separately.

Bed was comfy, the room was clean and big, I appreciated the drying rack for the clothes on the balcony. The pool was nice a good size. The reception people were really friendly,

Pillows were too thin. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not cooked properly. Not enough umbrellas at the pool and when we asked for one, the pool guy was really unfriendly.

- Hotel and room were clean and also the spa area. - breakfast was ok for a bulgarian 4* hotel - vegetables, salads, sweets (cookis, pancakes, waffels), coffee, juices, water , cheese, ham, salami, saussages - pool , and saunas - very good antd the watwr in the pool was warm - 32 Cessius degrees -

- wu- fi connection in the room was very bad

Location was pretty good, means just 5-6 minutes walk to the beach. The inside cleaning was very good most of the time.

Breakfast was the same in every morning. My room was located at the last floor and the AC (air con) didn't work properly. Was fixed two days later.

The food was very good and the meals are varieted, tasty and fresh. The indoor pool was nice and also the spa:) It s nice that rooms have balcony.

The wi fi is not working and the rooms need more atention: towers are provided everyday, but the rooms are not cleaned; also the staff at the spa dont speak a single word in english.

I liked everything pretty much. The staff knew english very well and they were really friendly.

The pool was quite crowded on some days, but it might be because the time of the stay was the season when most people go on holiday.
