Not receiving lunch in first day even if we arrived during their lunch time Steam bath was not working every time Spa available only until 17

I liked the location, but a few things were missing very much in the hotel room.

The room was not clean, there is no kettle (small and minimal man). There is no safe. The hotel staff was inexperienced!!!

nice view from top, nice meals, got the parking spot, prices were affordable. Room was regularly cleaning - big 👍

it was not the beat building but very ok 👌

- The hotel is very close to the beach and the city center, has a supermarket very near. - The pool and beach bar is great, and the view from the room is awesome. We had a very pleasant stay at Shipka, and the manager was nice to change our first room from 11th floor to another one at 7th floor because of a birds nest and a lot of noise because of them - the room from 7th floor was amazing, with a great sea view, 2 big balconies - party organized by Mr. Florin every night - great job!

- very few parking lots, we left with the car to visit other places and when we got back at the hotel in the night, we barely found another parking lot. the receptionist's response to every complaint we had is that they are only receptionists and they cannot do anything, it is what it is - not acceptable attitude! - the food wasn't diverse at all - the cleaning ladies came only to take out the garbage and change the towels, no cleaning at all - very, very bad elevators!! they have 3 small elevators with a maximum of 3 persons and most of the time one of them wasn't working and the others were blocked at other floors, so we needed to climb the stairs.

rooms not cleaned every day no shampoo and soap at all. no toilet paper sometime cleaning ladies 75+ yo, were arguing with me not clean the room food is the same every day. reused from previous meals. rotten fruits several times. meat not properly cooked. some were privileged to get access to restaurant and eat different food than others even if they had the same all inclusive bracelet water and juices (just 2 kinds) are from a machine not bottles and in the morning taste metallic because of the cleaning products.

Good breakfast, nice location, balcony with view.

Equipment is a little bit old.
