Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean, offering a great view. The animation team was exceptional—our child particularly enjoyed the mini disco. We were delighted by a thoughtful surprise in the room for our son's birthday, and the animation team made his day even more special by presenting his favorite mascot and giving him small gifts. Additionally, the cleaning lady was very polite and attentive. The hotel's location is great.

The private beach was enjoyable, though there is a significant issue with sunbed reservations. Despite the hotel's policy against reserving sunbeds, many guests leave their belongings on the sunbeds overnight, making it difficult to find a spot in the morning. Even arriving at the beach between 8:00 and 8:30 after starting breakfast at 7:30, it can be challenging to secure a good location. When we inquired with the pool staff, they informed us they could not address the issue before 10:00. Additionally, the food quality in all three restaurants was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

The good: superb beach (it's called "Golden Sands" for a reason); great entertainment options within the hotel premises; fairly spacious room with decently-sized balcony; beautiful hotel surroundings; staff is friendly. We managed to get the room changed as soon as practically possible.

The not-great: limited food options, nothing spectacular; the schedule for the extras (pizza bar, cafes, etc.) is rather tight, somehow we often arrived after the respective thing was closed (there's no overlap, you really have to be mindful of the schedule provided); the hotel is super-huge and you can end up walking a really long distance to your room.

large and clean room, superb sea view, very large bathroom the food was good but a bit repetitive

-the girls at the reception were not polite, a change should be considered in this regard, it is a 5-star hotel -the beach is located a little far from the hotel

I quite enjoyed the food, with a wide selection of choices every meal, and a handful of different restaurants. The facilities included everything you'd expect: restaurants, spa, beach. The beach was particularly nice, and only a short walk from the hotel. The location near the main boardwalk was also very convenient.

I was most disappointed with beds and pillows. The mattresses were very worn with a big dent in both sides. I had to sleep near the headboard. The pillows weren't terribly fluffy (synthetic). The drink selection near the beach and restaurants was very limited. Also be aware that this is a VERY high traffic hotel, with many, many families with small kids. I was partially expecting an Adults Only experience, as I had at another The Level hotel. Not the case here.

The room is excellent, with good soundproofing. You still can hear screaming from the pool, but it isn't deafening. The pool is big, and there are plenty of sun loungers. The water in the sea was comfortable. The food in general was good with nice variation.

1. Elevators. It's only three elevators for each side of the hotel, and 1 or 2 of them constantly didn't work. Needless to say, how much time you could wait for the elevator by taking into account the size of the hotel. 2. Even though the main restaurant is vast, finding a free table is always a task. Sometimes, you wait until someone has done their meals to take a table. 3. Food. Several times, I've spotted mold on different fruits. 4. The beach is mixed with sand and rocks.

The restaurants in the hotel where really good. The location is next to the beach and relatively near the bus stop. The price was also reasonable. The indoor pool is great for people who like a bit of quite.

The AC in my room wasn't enough it was too hot it's a centralized AC... The TV on the room isn't smart no use for it if you can't connect to Netflix. The room didn't have a coffee pot the warm water machine in my floor only worked for one day and had an after taste. The pool had no place to put my stuff at and every chair is taken pretty early, lockers would be great.

The room was very clean as were the pools. Many activities for families - table tennis, swimming, water slides, variety shows. A short ~5-10 minute walk to the Melia private beach which was also very clean. Even when the beach was busy we were able to find a couple of chairs. The Bulgarian themed restaurant was much better than the buffet. The waterslides were a lot of fun for young kids and adults alike and our kids did not tire of them even after 3 days.

The pools closed for the day at 6:30 which I cannot understand. Also, the waterslides were only open 10-1 and 3-5 so were a bit crowded due to the limited hours. The buffet and restaurants had limited hours and the food was quite bland, some of it quite unappealing. The buffet had limited variety - for example, we were at Melia for 3 days and we saw repeat main dishes at the main buffet. Some of the food (bread, desserts, fruit) was obviously left over from the day before. The signage for the food was vague - "vegetarian" or "chicken" and did not always list the allergen contents. That being said, we did not go to this resort for the food, rather for the pool, waterslides, and beach access and the lack of quality food did not affect our overall holiday.
