Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

The good: superb beach (it's called "Golden Sands" for a reason); great entertainment options within the hotel premises; fairly spacious room with decently-sized balcony; beautiful hotel surroundings; staff is friendly. We managed to get the room changed as soon as practically possible.

The not-great: limited food options, nothing spectacular; the schedule for the extras (pizza bar, cafes, etc.) is rather tight, somehow we often arrived after the respective thing was closed (there's no overlap, you really have to be mindful of the schedule provided); the hotel is super-huge and you can end up walking a really long distance to your room.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean, offering a great view. The animation team was exceptional—our child particularly enjoyed the mini disco. We were delighted by a thoughtful surprise in the room for our son's birthday, and the animation team made his day even more special by presenting his favorite mascot and giving him small gifts. Additionally, the cleaning lady was very polite and attentive. The hotel's location is great.

The private beach was enjoyable, though there is a significant issue with sunbed reservations. Despite the hotel's policy against reserving sunbeds, many guests leave their belongings on the sunbeds overnight, making it difficult to find a spot in the morning. Even arriving at the beach between 8:00 and 8:30 after starting breakfast at 7:30, it can be challenging to secure a good location. When we inquired with the pool staff, they informed us they could not address the issue before 10:00. Additionally, the food quality in all three restaurants was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

The hotel is very big and spacious. It has a lot of facilities.

The furniture and fittings are a little rusty, the hotel needs refurbishing. The food is plain, nothing really tasty. The wines are not so great.

Everything was very nice , we had a great time! The food was delicious and with a great variety. The staff was friendly, the room very spacious and clean. The pools and water slides are also great!

- it was really crowded sometimes, if you are seeking a really relaxed atmosphere that's not really the place. Unless maybe you upgrade to The Level program ( then you have a separate restaurant, lounge and pool which looked great - next time we definitely do that). - we had to wait a bit longer than I expected for the elevators - the sund beds around the main pools were really close to each other (except the ones around the pool for The Level guests) - for some meals there were really big ques in the main restaurant (pancakes at breakfast for example)

The place is amazing and you have a lot of pools for relaxing and enjoying during the day. From the nice gardens of the hotel you can walk with you hotel card access to the main road and from there you can quickly reach the beach, like in 5 minutes you are there. It was not a problem for us and we really enjoy the walk and the views. The room was super large and the bathroom has both shower and bathtub so that was super cool. I also got a lovely surprise from the stuff as I was celebrating my birthday during the Holiday, so that made my day!! The food from the main restaurant was really good. We did not have time to test the other restaurants. The car was safe in the hotel's underground parking lot. Also the masages from the Spa Salon were amazing - I finally got a health challenge resolved. As a couple we stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed it a lot! For sure we will come back.

the hotel with room, swimming pool and beach is very good. I really liked the atmosphere, the animation team is very good. the sunbeds on the beach and in front of the pool are enough for everyone. the personal beach is in front of the hotel

I didn't like the food. it is not at the level of a 5-star hotel, the food is not diversified, the meat products leave much to be desired. but you can't say that you remain hungry, No, simply in a 5-star hotel you expect a different menu and a different type of service at the restaurant.
