The hotel is clean, 2 confortable big pools and 1 interior pool. The food is enough for everybody and it indeed deserves more stars, especially at this price. Good value for money.

The food was 80% the same every day. Everything looks like the cheapest on the market but I must admit that looks fresh. Overall the food there is just decent. Don’t expect much. The staff is not friendly at all and they always look sad/bored…etc…and no one is talking at all. Just a few exceptions with the pools bar staff.

Kids entertainment, variety of food, confortable beds, clean and spacious room.

The indoor pool was not heated, therefore we could not use it (the water temp was 20°, which is too cold especially for children).

The hotel should have 3 stars, this is not a 4 star hotel. the rooms were big enough, the food was ok.

There is no wifi in the rooms, however they mention they have… The cleanliness is awful.

parking was not free at the hotel. and also too fool. we had to walk from another payment parking an nights for about 25 minutes in total dark.

Check in took 1 full hour, but they upgraded our room as a compensation. Very limited food and drinks options. Personnel barely speaking enough English, front desk manager not friendly.

This is not a 4 star hotel, Booking should take action for this kind of fake property advertising. Maybe this location was a 4 star in the early 90's, now is not the case, all furniture, bathrooms, carpets, tv, ac unit are old, zero investment from management side.

They dont have any free parking places, 20bgn per day is the 1km away parking, if available also here, if not, god knows where you can park. Hotel staff dont speak english. Room is unclean, toilet as well, rust marks on the toilet. Bathroom shower and towel stand not fixed properly in the wall. Shower head is clogged. Floor carpet stained and very dirty. Spider webs on the wall. Bed matress stained and with a hole in one side of the bed, 1 person from that side of the bed couldnt sleep properly. Curtains not fixed properly. Very poor food selection, almost the same food every day, recycled old food = mixed old food from breakfast and lunch to obtain also dinner. Restaurant floor, terrace floor and tables dirty, windows not cleaned as well. Cuttlery also not cleaned properly. We have stayed here only 3 days from our 5 day payed in advance holiday, no refund is possible here if you decide to leave early than planned. As all mentioned above, we have enough reasons not to stay here anymore.
