very good hotel: very kind and involved staff, great attention to cleanliness/hygiene in the room, common areas and swimming pools, diversity in the food and drinks menu, but the special point is the outstanding animation team (for both children and adults)

It's our second stay here and we are very grateful that we have discovered this beautiful hotel. It is clean, comfortable and it is surrounded by so many trees! So many sweets to choose from at the restaurant. Each evening we had a thematic dinner. We received a very shiny all-inclusive bracelet, as it was our second stay here!

Tatiana from the lobby bar was very rude, she refused to sell us a can of Coke, even if we wanted to pay for it. Breakfast was literally the same the entire stay. A bit far from the beach.

Kristal was a nice hotel, we had a clean room. The food buffet was each day different. Also there are very nice people in animation team.

The parking was horrible ... For a 4 stars hotel, the proposal for parking was on a terrace of an abandoned hotel, which costed 12 leva per day, was bad, very bad. The water received from hotel seem to be from the pool, it has a deep chlorine smell.

My family and I were staying at Kristal hotel for 5 nights and we were happy with what it is offering. We had a very big room with a view to the kids club area. It was clean and tidy and we had it cleaned every day. The staff is really nice. The entertainment team is very friendly, Gaby, Alex, Simon and Niki are very good at what they do, considering they are very young.

The food, I can’t say I didn’t like it. It was ok but could do with a bit more of variety. You don’t starve, there is something for everyone. Soups are very tasty 😋

I have enjoyed the location of the pool and how private it was and that other guests from other hotels did not have a view to our pool and garden. The staff was very helpful, and joyful. The animation staff deserve a raise, they were all day long standing and entertaining the guests. Same for the bartenders. Really happy to attend us.

The elevators were awful. It was stopping at every single floor every single time, making a ride to our 6th floor of 15+ minutes.. Even thou there were 2 lifts, they were all stopping at each floor even thou there wasn't anyone asking for them. We did not like neither of the salami, peperoni, or any kind of meat, they were looking very old.

The pool was clean and also the room. The food was great, a variety from which you can pick something to eat no matter how picky you are.

The furniture is a bit old, but the room was clean and it matters the most. The pool wasn’t too clean, I saw dirt on the side. The towels weren’t changed during our 3 nights stay. They might need a Little bit more sunbeds.

I especially liked the animation team. Great entertainment during the day and also in the evening. Super activities for all generations, both children and adults. Many thanks to Siana, Silvia & DJ Marto (I don't remember the name of the whole team, sory). Till next time! ;)

The Kristal Hotel is nice, people are good and pleasant and the rooms are clean. Recommend for the families with the childrens.

The food is good but needs to add in the menu some grilled pork steaks, pizza in conclusion little improvement. The waiters cleaned up too fast.
