The hotel is right on the river with a beautiful view from the common area. The staff are friendly. The bungalow is small but comfortable enough for two people especially for the price point. The property provided a mosquito net which was helpful.

The bungalow is very dark inside, the lights in the room are not enough in the evening. On our last night the electricity went out and wasn’t fixed for about an hour which was a bit annoying but happened later in the evening so wasn’t that much of a problem.

How delightful to open up our blinds in the morning to views of the river! We stayed in one of the river view bungalows, and had a wonderful stay. The views can't be beat, it wasn't too far into town, especially by tuktuk and the bungalow was lovely. The staff were super accommodating and even served us breakfast to have right on our riverside patio.

Just a disclaimer - the bungalows are located right next to the restaurant which if you go to bed early can be a little noisy. Easily remedied with earplugs.

Riverside bungalow with a deck & beautiful views - quiet and peaceful, a short tuktuk ride away (5 mins) from the main Kampot town area. 20-25 mins by walking. Bamboo bungalow was a quaint accommodation with lovely staff, views and a great place to relax! The A/C was very powerful as well.

The bathroom could have done with more hygiene supplies (i.e. proper soap and shampoo instead of the small round bar & packet provided) but you can just purchase them at the convenience store in town. The loud music from the neighbouring town also disrupted the peace at night but this is unfortunately beyond their control!

Beautiful comfortable bungalow, spacious bathroom, nice restaurant with river view. I liked the garden and tasty food in the restaurant. I really enjoyed staying there.

The area around the hotel has no shops, I have to go to the city centre to buy anything. It's just 30 minutes walking distance to the centre or 5 min. by tuk tuk.. It's not nice walking way, busy road.

Nice quiet place, clean rooms.. We didn't stay in bungalow but looked very nice too. We loved the sitting area next to the river. I would recommend this place but they need to definitely improve servis in the restaurant.

Staff nice but very slow. We ordered food and were waiting almost one hour in empty restaurant. Sometimes they forgot the drink we ordered.

The staff was amazing, the bungalows were beautiful and the food was very good. The reception staff was very attentive and had great recommendations of things to do - the zipline experience in Kep Adventure Park is very much worth to do and will be a cherished family memory from now on - thank you to everyone and especially to Sary and Bot for such a great adventure :)

Amazing view of the river from our bungalow and the dining area. Very relaxing and peaceful place to read a book on comfy armchairs on the small balcony attached to the room. Comfortable bed and convenient shower room. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.

Gheeko (lizard the size of a forearm) in the room. Special thanks to the nice young man (staff) who removed a large one from our room. Asking the staff about info on travel options and prices in Kampot is not helpful. We found more accurate info and better prices by contacting travel companies and using the tuk tuk hailing app PassApp.

It was away from the main part of town but it only cost USD$3 for a tuk tuk tide

I loved the room, the staff, and especially the view. Its was so lovely sitting on the terrace with tea looking at the water and field across the river. The food was good as well.

I didn't like the noise that came with the sunset boats along the river, so bring ear plugs. I also didn't like the location of the bungalows, it was away from everything so best do your research before booking especially if you travelling with a tuk-tuk.

Great location. Big room with a beautiful view of the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Scooter hire at $5 a day was a bonus.

At one point we had the most awful music coming at us from 3 different directions. It was as if hell had dispensed with fire and replaced it with the most awful music 😟. The mosquito net left a lot to be desired. Having said that there didn't seem to be lots of mosquitoes anyway
