Helpful and friendly staff, nice room, decent restaurant.

Main complaint is that they play loud EDM music by the pool all the time, even during the day when nobody is there. You don't really get to have a chilled swim because they're trying to force a beach party vibe all day. The gym is also in serious need of an equipment upgrade. Not only is the equipment poorly maintained, it's just quite bad kit. I also had a consistent issue where the gym was as hot as an oven upon entering due to its floor to ceiling windows and the AC (quite rightly) not being on all the time. Some blinds or something would probably help to keep it a little cooler while not in use.

Clean rooms, good facilities, modern hotel.

Business focussed hotel, probably not best for holiday makers/ tourists. There was a business conference going on at the time and most of staffs attention was focussed on these guests. Expensive restaurant and bar. Didn’t find the staff that helpful in terms of providing information about the local area and booking tours, which is needed if it is your first time visiting Phnom Penh for the first time. Location wise, it was a fair walk to find any where for breakfast or to get to the centre. We don’s kind walking but parts of Phnom Penh do not feel overly safe to be walking in, especially during the evening. In summary, probably great hotel if you are here on business, but perhaps not so much for tourists.

The G Mekong was a pleasant surprise, it has a lovely pool area and really friendly staff. We ate in the restaraunt and the food was lovely, the room was a good size and very clean. It was great value for money.

The hotel is located around 1KM from the river and the busy bar area. We would have preferred somewhere a bit closer to the river to give us more eating options. I must add, this is not the hotels fault.

The responsible of the Swimming pool , Mr Dom was very good and really take care of us! He needs really our recognition. He was here all the time for organizing the breakfast too and the service and quality of the food was optimal.

Behavior of Chinese people!

The staff who worked in the restaurant were so lovely and accommodating; they helped us with everything we needed and made great coffee. The rooms were comfortable, and pretty clean and tidy.

There was a conference on, and one evening the attendees made a lot of noise running through the hallways - I felt the hotel staff could have been firmer with them. I would have liked a more consistent cleaning service so the room was always done when we returned.

few issues with Wi-Fi which was a bit annoying as we were new to phnom penh/Cambodia and we’re relying on using it for maps/info/everything lighting system in the room was overcomplicated to the point of being annoying

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, very dark with curtains closed which was great! Very quiet also. Breakfast was adequate, small selection but covered most bases. Noodle station alternating with Omlette station was lovely. There is a Starbucks about 200m down the road for a proper coffee fix.

The staff makes all difference. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist you. As to the room, it is very well furnished and with all amenities you may need. The only thing that deserves an improvement is the air condition that doesn't cool the room enough. However, everything was good. Highly Recommend it

The staff were amazing the whole stay. They arranged tours and taxis and helped with all of my requests. The rooms were large and clean and the pool bar was excellent.

Maybe a few more dining options or some recommendations on places to eat aside from the hotel restauraunt.

Ideal boutique hotel. Elegant, staff are absolutely the best and everyone is supportive. A big shout out to: Sothima. She helped me with directions and I had the time of my life wandering around. Took a private tour guide at the Palace and Silver Pogada. Wonderful few days.
