It was really nice decorated with a lot of plants and I really liked the patio where you can have breakfast. The breakfast was also very good. You can choose from 6 different dishes with a coffe/ tea and a juice. The room was big and had a nice terrace. The staff was very nice and helpful too! I also liked that the hotel is a bit hidden in the street and not in a crowded area of the city. I will definitely come back when I am in Phnom Penh again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our room was of a good size,, well appointed, clean with an excellent shower. Location was outstanding being within walking easy walking distance of the river and nearby very reasonably priced excellent restaurants. Breakfast was very good - reasonable choice of options, tea/coffee and fresh fruit plate. Staff were courteous and very helpful. A most pleasant stay.

Not what I didn't like but to my knowledge there is no elevator. It was fine for us being on the second floor but such may not be so for those who have mobility issues.

We just stayed one night, however we were pleasantly surprised. Easy check in, very friendly and professional staff on reception, and at breakfast. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious room that was perfect for our family (two adults, two children). As others have mentioned, the location was excellent (some fantastic restaurants nearby as well as major attractions) and the hotel represented very good value.

Breakfast was very average compared to other places we stayed, however, we knew this from other reviews so we expected this. There is an excellent bakery a short walk away for those who need a top-up.

Perfect location central to everything including great bars and restaurants, extremely friendly staff who organised a take-away breakfast for our early departure. The architecture was amazing. a hidden gem in the midst of the city. The rooms included all essential amenities. Would definitely return.

The air-conditioning unit was not powerful enough.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for the museum, Palace and the river. Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. I came here 3 years ago and found it a good place to stay for a few days. WiFi was very good in the room.

In places it could do with some upgrading like paintwork. Otherwise it is fine in decor.

Great location - close to the Royal Palace and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful and prompt in dealing with an issue I had with the a/c unit in my room. Breakfast was decent and while the room was basic, it’s overall good value for money.

While the staff are responsive when you approach them, they really don’t go out of their way to be friendly. Maybe it’s because of the language barrier with English, but it takes nothing to smile.

The room was big and clean. Very close from Royal Palace and 15min walking from central market or night market.

I texted the hotel via booking.com days before to land in Phnom Penh to know the logistics of my arrive, but I’ve never received an answer. Since early in the morning, around 7:30, the staff starts to prepare the breakfast in the inner garden and the noise is too loud to continue sleeping… I woke up everyday of my stay at that hour because of that noise

Great location and breakfast being included for the price was an added bonus. breakfast was good with enough choice for us. I can’t get bored of banana pancake. staff were very friendly and the whole place was really quiet. being at the back of another property means you don’t get a lot of street noise. they were very good at extending our stay by the day as we had to start an extra week.

beds were a bit hard and two pillows each would have been nice. I’m not sure about the rattan beds for cleanliness. apart from that no complaints.

This is my 2nd stay at Saravoan and I came back because of the excellent service by the staff, it's location (Roomchang Dental Hospital is nearby where I go for my dental check ups whenever I m in PP ) and the breakfast is good.

I wish instead of a bath tub , a shower room would be welcome especially for elderly guests . I slipped and fell onto the tub but luckily I escaped injury.

Perfect location (quite central and still quiet). Spaceous rooms. Friendly staff. Clean.

Breakfast could be improved. Daily fresh fruits or yoghurt along with the choice from the menu. "Wood works", could need some renovation on the wooden doors so that there is no "gap" anymore to allow moscitos to come in. But the friendly staff helped me out with a fan, so I was happy with that solution.
