I stayed here for the second time, because i like it so much! What a great entrance and lobby the hotel has! Very authentic Khmer style. Also the room is very nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows and wonderful view over the museum and riverside from the large balcony. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, etc. I had a very pleasant stay.

I booked a 45m suite. At checkin they gave me a smaller 35m premium room, telling me it was a suite as well. As i stayed in a suite before, i knew a suite was much bigger. After contacting reservations, the next day i could eventually move to what i booked for. All solved in a friendly decent way, but make sure you get what you booked for. At the end you dont want to spent time on these kind of things.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have their own tuk tuk service outside which was very helpful when needing to get around. We booked trips before we came but they had lots of tours available.

The bed was hard.

Location of the hotel is very good. Nearby tourist attactions..lots of restaurants in one km range. Overall good stay.

The breakfast could have been much better. The basic things like bread and butter had no taste at all. The patisserie preparations like cake and donuts weren't good. Should keep more choices for vegetarians.

The hotel's decoration is magnificent with traditional crafts and the room is spacious with private bathroom with bathtub. Also, the beds are so big, nice, and neat. The morning buffet is delightful with choices of international foods. There are taxis infront of the building which makes more convinent to visit places. The location is great as it is close to the Royal Palace, National museum, and the Royal University of Fine Arts, and it is plenty choices of foods there.

It would be great if hotel could provide more electric outlets as it is behind heavily huge wooden fornitures and it is not easy to use it.

Priced well below market value...and exceeded my expectations -The atmosphere really took you back in time. The traditional decor and eclectic pieces of furniture were amazing. In house restaurant food was really good....French onion soup 🍲 😋. The tuk tuk gentleman #16 can't remember his name, but he was available to take us everywhere and was very pleasant!!! The location is 5 mins to Nagawood Casino in which I spent a few nights donating lol! If you want to be a part of a hotel that feels a part of the Cambodian tradition this hotel is a must! Besides don't we always stay at the western style hotels.....all the same...hyatt,hilton,Intercontinental etc....be adventurous try something off the grid. ATM and laundry services right outside the hotel Pharmacy, and small store very close Great pool and Bar on the 14th Floor

Some may feel the place to be a bit dated. SLOW.......ELEVATOR!! Remember to put the room service tag on the door if want service.

There are not many options in Phnom Penh where you can stay at a low price and comfortably. This option is one of them. The atmosphere in the hotel is amazing, you live in a museum. The room is also beautiful. A magical balcony where you can work and eat with a view of the city. The breakfasts were good. The bathroom was large and functional, which is rare in Asia.

Sometimes the internet went down. I had to work and because of this I had to worry. The room was dark. They didn't clean or put water on. I even had to go to the reception for toilet paper. Ants lived in the bathroom. In the evening, despite the fact that it is close to the center - it's scary to walk. No sidewalks and stray dogs. But that's not the hotel's fault.

I stayed at the Okay for 15 days and had a really good time as I wasn't able to get out much as I had been unwell but had to catch up with family. Great location handy for most things. I had a suite on the 10th floor which was really great for a long stay, and gave me great views and was quiet with a nice breeze. The bed was huge and very firm, which I liked and I slept really well. The hotel has a lot of character and is a bit quirky and feels like you are in Cambodia. My sister stayed at a very smart hotel which could have been anywhere and felt sterile, while I could sit on the balcony and watch the chaos below. The pool on the roof was a great place to relax and pass my time and the food on offer was good and reasonably priced.

Breakfasts were a bit meh. The restaurant was very busy and the food in the bain maries was generally warm rather than hot, and the coffee not great. However the chef at the egg bar cooked a great omelette.

The room was spacious, I like that all the rooms have a small balcony so you can let lots of light and air into the room. The breakfast was good, everything you need. The pool was nice to hangout in in the evenings. The staff were really lovely.

The elevator is the slowest thing I've ever used, there are only 2 lifts and it takes forever for it to come, I don't know who programmed it, maybe they were having a bad day, but wow. Also be careful with the tuk tuk drivers out the front, check that they have change before you jump otherwise you'll pay too much.

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and loved it. I was excited to bring my friends here and it didn't disappoint. The building, artwork and rooms are very traditional and beautiful. The rooms were huge and well equipped. The pool area is serene and we ate at the restaurant many times - the food was great and prices very reasonable. The location is also great - near to everything but very peaceful. Communication throughout was superb and the hotel helped with transfers. A wonderful stay.

Lifts were very slow - no big deal.
