I stay at this hotel regularly because its clean and comfortable rooms with good aircon and access to a lift are a welcoming relief to the sweltering heat as well as being central to everything riverside. Staff are really polite and helpful at reception. Very spacious foyer/reception area and they always oblige with luggage storage if you are touring. Clean and modern dining area for breakfast. Many restaurants and convenience stores on the street. There are a few 'lady bars' on the street and their patrons may make use of the hotel if you are sensitive to that kind of exposure but otherwise it won't interfere with your stay here. I recommend the standard rooms as opposed to the deluxe as the latter are situated over the street which can have a little more noise exposure.

Handy location to markets, Royal Palace , restuarants, cafes and bars.Very good SMILE SHOP at the top of the street with an extensive range of groceries from noodles to Kellogs Cornflakes. Plenty of eating options. Short walk to Sisowath Quay. Hotel clean and quiet. Well appointed room with great shower, comfortable bed and superb air-conditioning. Breakfast was included in the price which was US$48 for 2 nights for husband and wife.

Usual ignorant guests at breakfast who persist in video calling or telephoning and talking at TOP NOTE and destroying the general pleasant ambience of the dining area.

The room was great for sleeping the 4 of us, as it was spacious, had 2 full bathrooms, shower was good pressure and beds were decent. The included breakfast was substantial and yummy. Well located for checking out the waterfront/area for sights. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful.

The loft-style room was fine, apart from the steepness of the stairs. They weren't quite a ladder, but pretty close. The hot water did run out, but wondering if it was the time of day (maybe everyone else in the hotel showering at the same time?). Other than these couple items, it was a great stay for what we needed.

Staff very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, generally clean and nicely furnished. The bed very comfortable, the aircon worked perfectly, good location. We liked the little bathroom items, very appreciable when travelling!

Breakfast was poor (for Western choices) maybe a better bread quality and more spread (better jam, peanut butter etc..) would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, The lift didn't work during our stay (not the hotel's fault).

my go to hotel , when I come to Phnom Penh, In a great location, nice staff , clean hotel and always get a good nights sleep

got in one night and could not get into my safe , went downstairs to reception, and was told would have to wait till next morning, ( 08.00/ 08.30 )as the manager is the only person who can open the safes !! was not a problem for me , but what if you had a early morning flight !! surely a senior member of staff who works nights , should have override code for the safes

Checked in early so really off to a great start. I like the daytime receptionists. They were great and put me in a good mood. Great shower, good Wifi with about 20 Mbps average, clean linens, good washcloths/towels, nice space, window view with nothing to see but nice to have. It was a nice setup. I don't watch TV but the benign environment of this hotel and room made me calm enough to do so for an afternoon nap. I will stay here again once I get back and if I'm in this area.

About #Room 106 #1 You get a smell after you use the small toilet or maybe someone else is responsible 😂. I think it's because of the design of the pipes. I only stayed 1 day but if it was for more, I would ask for another room since you'll smell it for several hours 🤣. Probably just a recent issue with some renovation but don't let it stop you from booking this place. It's all good and I would stay again. #2 the body wash dispenser was broken. You'll have to scoop it out. I just used soap I bought.

I love customer service that they provided, staff from receptionist to cleaning maids, Everyone working here is so friendly and helpful, the receptionist girl was so kind and so helpful to me. I needed to call my bank in us she went out get sim refill using her own money so that I can call my bank back in usa, and of course I paid her back. Her kindness and helpful was beyond my expectation. The girl is a real asset for the hotel, they are so lucky to have her. We are really appreciated her so much and enjoy staying in this hotel. If we ever visit Cambodia again we will for sure stay at this hotel.

The only thing that I didn’t is the shampoo and bar soap. Everything else is great.

I've stayed in most places in this area and my better experiences were always at the Silver Mounts so I always stay here now. . Clean and comfortable rooms with Aircon..room safe..kettle..fridge etc . The foyer/ reception area is spacious and inviting and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful, especially Malis. Breakfast is generous considering the reasonable prices. Convenient location adjacant to the national museum with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

WiFi was weak and intermittent. It’s on a busy street with some shady massage shops and girly bars - we didn’t care but just an fyi.

Centrally placed good value hotel within a few minutes walk of the National Museum, Royal Palace (when open!) and Riverside restaurants. There are also plenty of cafes bars and restaurants around the hotel and an in-house restaurant for breakfast. Friendly helpful English speaking staff who can sort out buses, mobile phone cards and general advice etc. Would happily return. Recommended.
