Beautiful and quiet, feels secluded but a very quick tuk tuk ride into the busy, tourist town. Staff was lovely and helpful. lots of space and privacy

there is nothing to complain about. maybe a mosquito net would’ve been nice so we didn’t have to run the AC all night.

We had a wonderful stay at Mane Family Vacation. We got very spacious villa with a full kitchen where we could prepare our baby food. The hotel is extremely beautiful with a lovely pool, playground for the kids, a trampoline and lakes. In addition they have a great spa with many different massage and treatment options. The place feels like a retreat. Honestly. And finally, the staff!!! They are really the best staff ever. They are super kind, helpful and very well organised. They created a WhatsApp group when we arrived and helped us with everything we needed. They helped us to arrange transportation, transfers and tuk tuks among many other stuff. The hotel is located in a perfect location as it is not far from The city center ( 5 min by Tuk Tuk). We were happy to not be that close from the city as the hotel has not noise at all. I love this hotel. Hope to come back!

Beautiful place in Siem Reap. Big garden with gorgeous plants and flowers everywhere. We stayed in the private Villa with pool by the lake and loved it. Total privacy and cozy home. Clean and good products in the bathroom (girlfriend was happy). They opened up a whatsapp group chat for us. This way we were in contact 24/7 and could request anything we wanted. Always quick respone and super service. Our man Bobby and the entire crew did an incredible job. Special thank you again! Another thank you goes out to the kitchen chef. It was the best food we had so far in cambodia and we‘ll miss it for sure. We had our own pool but we enjoyed staying at the public pool as well. We were almost alone the entire stay and had time to fully relax. You can also go on tours, take a tuctuc to the city or use the spa for a massage. Sadly we only stayed for two nights. Next time we‘ll stay for longer and maybe come back with more people. The other villas are very big and spacious and for sure make up for a great vacation in a bigger group or big family. 10/10!

Beautiful property and the private pool. The staff is super helpful, courteous. They got us mangoes from the trees as well. We are vegetarians and they were nice enough to curate a vegetarian breakfast menu for us.

The location of the villa was incredible set in lush greenland yet a stones sthrow away from the main street but you could never guess that. It is peaceful and relaxing with so much greenery around. Our children were riding the bikes around the complex. The food was great. Breakfast consisted of many varieties and I loved the vegetable noodles in the morning with ginger tea.

There was building work taking place nearby and they would work until a little later into the night. It didnt disturb us as such but the thought of having it nearby was a little offputting. In the great scheme of things, it wasnt something that would deter me from coming again to this villa.

Exceptional. This place is like heaven on earth. The compound is a big and beautifully landscaped rice field, with the villas scattered around. Once you enter Mane you have the feeling you are entering a different world of calm, tranquility and beauty. However the best part of our stay was the care, dedication and kindness we received from the staff. They really go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. They arranged the transfer from airport upon our arrival. Once there, there is a golf cart that moves you around the estate whenever you need it (from the vila to the restaurant, etc). There were 3 bikes parked at our vila as well. The included breakfast was superb, with a nice choice of western and local Khmer dishes. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel too several times, because the food was so good, and the place so beautiful. We also tried the spa massage one day, which was amazing! We will never forget this lovely vacation, especially the kind and attentive staff which made us feel so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Mane family team :)

Everything was just perfect.

Even though it is located in the city center, the grounds are full of nature and it was very pleasant to take a walk before breakfast. The breakfast menu offered a choice of Cambodian and Western cuisine. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed swimming every day. The butler, Avon, was very helpful, responsive, and trustworthy, and I felt comfortable being able to reach her 24 hours a day via Instagram messages. It takes about 20 minutes by tuktuk from the hotel to Angkor Wat, so on the last morning I was able to see Angkor Wat at sunrise without a guide. Thank you so much.

Nothing was too much for the staff. The villa felt so secluded and hidden in nature, with mangoes falling to the ground next to us, and frogs and cicadas singing us to sleep. Yet the dining room and the pool were less than a minute's walk away. It felt too good to be true

Having to leave after only three days. Didn't like the feeling that Covid-19 took such a financial and human toll on the hotel and its staff during 2 years of enforced closure (and of course on the entire industry). Kudos to management and staff for keeping it so well maintained and getting back into action as if nothing had happened.

The whole resort was huge with lots of greenery. It's like a secret sanctuary in the middle of Siem Riep. And yet there were only a couple of villas so it felt as if we got the whole place for ourselves. There seem to be even more staff than guests. There were children playground, swimming pool, a big lotus pond next to our villa, a big pond with a few swan boats. The road/paths were not paved so it felt even more like being back to nature. We were a group of 10 including 3 children and we felt safe letting the children out by themselves roaming, cycling (the hotels provide bicycles free of charges of different sizes), going to the playground. We booked a villa with 5 bedrooms for 8 people, and then later we added 2 more adults, and the hotel did not ask for any additional charges (unlike many other places). That was much appreciated. The staircase in the villa was slippery with socks on so some of us slipped. The hotel graciously apologized for that and offered us a dinner for the entire family of 10 which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for families, especially with kids, and for those who love nature.

Perhaps some anti-slip tape at the edge of the stairs would be very helpful.

Mane family was a fantastic experience for me and my familiy. Located in a quiet area of siem reap, it felt like stepping into the jungle when you entered the grounds. And the city center is only 10-15 min away by Tuk tuk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us set up tours to Angkor wat, private cooking lessons and much more. The staff also grows their own rice on the grounds, and it is fascinating to follow the process. The grounds has a beautiful pool, small playing area with trampoline for the kids, and a little lake with pedal boats. Breakfast is varied and you can choose Cambodian traditional cuisine or western. We can highly recommend mane family.
