Wonderful well-kept gardens and poolareas. Lots of space. Everything was very clean. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms.

The last day we had a late flight and were hoping to keep one room until our departure. Hotel was almost empty of guests but we got only a slightly extended checkout. We had planned to spend time and money at the spa but decided not to do it because of the rigid attitude of the staff. It had cost nothing extra for the hotel to let us to keep the rooms but the management/staff didn’t seem to understand how to keep good guests happy. The gym equipment was a bit outdated. The sofas in the suite living room were incredible uncomfortable.

Staff is very cooperative, they arranged Veg Breakfast for us for entire stay. Swimming pools are too good. Room size are nice. Resort is full of green plants and trees.

Food is very expensive and very limited options. Initially I was given room in a isolated wing with construction undergoing in floor below me, after i raided concern, I was transferred to a better wing & room.

The staff are so kind and approachable. Our room was very quiet, spacious, and we got nice natural light during the day. The entire hotel is very quiet and a perfect place to relax after a long day at the Angkor temples or to take a break between busier cities in the region. Special shout out to the bartender at the pool with his kindness and great service.

Not many options for places to eat near the hotel. There is only one restaurant at the hotel and you have to tuk tuk to town for more options. However, tuk tuks are inexpensive and a fun experience so we didn’t mind.

Location is 6~7 mins tuk tuk ride from pub street. Hotel amenities were average however the enthusiasm of the staff was what made the experience quite cherishable. Hotel has a good concierge facility and Spa.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. On site food was good. Pool was lovely, quiet and relaxing and the spa services were fantastic!

The AC broke down in my room on the first day. Apparently it was the whole wing. They didn't say anything to me about it. It wasn't until I went to the front desk to complain that they acknowledged that they knew about the problem and would be happy to move me if I would like to. Considering the outside air temp was 36-39 degrees that would be a yes. But they helped me move with a minimum of fuss. The new room was next door to a very noisy family that made me wonder about the quality of the sound proofing between the rooms

Awesome pools. Infinity pool for length swimming was 40m long and never busy. Concierge arranged a private Angkor Wat tour by car at a good price. Guide Tho Mao and driver Svay Sithul both spoke good English and were really helpful. They went out of their way to reduce the amount of walking I had to do on my sprained ankle. Breakfast offered lots of choice.

Hotel was a bit out of town but easily remedied with use of cheap Grab taxis. They turned up in minutes. Air conditioning was rather noisy.

The family connecting room was very spacious and clean! Daily room service, fully stocked and restocked with all the personal care amenities, etc. The resort truly feels magical with the Koi fish pond, two super large pools and beautiful landscaping. Staff went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed something. The breakfast was above average with plenty of western options. Our kids enjoyed the pancakes, pineapple, watermelon and juices. My husband and I liked the egg station. The resort is about a 10 min drive to Pub Street and the Old Market area.

. I would not rate the food excellent, but we have stayed at many hotels and it met our needs for our 4 night stay. For lunch and dinner we found better options in other parts of Siem Reap.

EVERYTHING! This is what we would call paradise in the world of accommodation. There is just so much great stuff about this place. You want high end accommodation at a fraction of the price, you won't be disappointed here. There was an error with our booking so we the manager upgraded us to a gorgeous room. The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is impeccable, the grounds are like eden, the food is fresh and well prepared and the facility meets all your needs. Highly recommended the Kings Dinner if you want to splash out a little extra. Thank you for being one of the highlights of our holiday.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we didn't stay longer.

If you get a good deal, this is an amazing place to stay. It's just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast is great and the grounds are really beautiful. Honestly, if you get a good room at a good price, it's really worth staying.

Some of the staff seem to be following very strict and outdated rules, as if from a book, with no flexibility. They're not in a rush to accommodate your questions and requests. But if you are assertive and keep asking they'll eventually help, but it takes longer than is necessary. If this was resolved it would be perfect.

The staff were professional, courteous and incredibly kind during our stay. They made us feel like kings. The facilities (especially the pool) were incredibly beautiful and the kids loved swimming and the playground! Our flight wasn’t until the evening so they even let us check out late for no charge and went above and beyond for us in every way. I couldn’t be happier with our stay and I hope we get to come back again someday!

The only complaint I have was the music at the pool. It had inappropriate and vulgar language and was being played quite loudly but as soon as I asked them turn it down, they obliged.
