The location is perfect, situated on the beach with a perfect view, the water is beautiful and the sand is amazing.

The sand fly’s are very annoying, take in consideration to have antihistamine pils or shoot’s if you are allergic tu any insect bites. Some things don’t work properly, like the water was not hot enough, and some other small things, I think mainly because the hotel was closed during covid. If you don’t like the food option, I strongly recomend the restaurants from thea village (5 minuts walk), don’t expect premium condition’s, but the food is grate and the prices are half.

Location is really nice, amazing beach. Easy to get to from Sihanoukville with the boat to Sok San, then a $3-$5 tuktuk to the hotel. Rooms are simple but comfortable - our family room had AC, fans and hot shower. We enjoyed the snorkelling excursion but it’s a bit pricey. Would recommend for a couple of days for anyone looking for a quiet time on an amazing beach

Food options at the hotel are very limited and expensive but there are a few other options nearby the hotel for half price. The hotel is a bit rundown and needs some updating. There are several activities to do but at an additional cost, and these seem quite overpriced.

Hotel is in great location, we got an upgrade to a sea view room, it was quiet there, staff were very friendly and helpful. We we arrived at the pier there was a lot of rubbish in the water so we were concerned about the beach. There was a little trash in the water but the staff do a great job of trying to keep the beach clean. If you take a short walk beyond the end of the resort you will see what they’re up against. The receptionist was very helpful organising a ferry to Koh Rong Sanloem.

I don’t mind not having WiFi in my room but quite often it wasn’t working in the office area as well. Wifi was available in most restaurants and hotels in the village so not sure what the issue is here but it wasn’t fixed within days of being there.

Beautiful beach. We got a free upgrade which was lovely. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. It was quiet so not a choice for breakfast but that was ok. The beach is stunning! The apartment was spacious but a little old.

It is remote and not much to do in rainy weather. Expensive to go to Koh Touch.

We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel! The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but our room was already ready and we didn’t have to wait. The hotel has a good restaurant, the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast included, quite varied. the hotel was quiet at night, no one made noise and you couldn’t hear music from the village as was the case in other hotels on the island. If you value a calm, even passive holiday, you will like it here.

far from ferry pier need to take motor bike or tuk tuk it cost you 20 usd each way . The resort offer menu for lunch and dinner some items listed on the menu were not available

no free shuttle to the hotel and wasn’t told up front it would cost $50 just to get to the resort and then back to the pier. also no shuttle into town so have to rely on very expensive tuk tuk.

Practically the only resort along the very long, white sandy beach, small but pleasant and well appointed bungalows right on the sand, amazing views. Nice open restaurant with good choice of food, even in the aftermath of the dark Covid era. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas and very well kept grounds. A little paradise, but for how long ??? Beware of the development plans for the island...

We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms are small but have everything you would need and we personally loved the wooden hut style of them, they are very basic but if you don’t mind that it’s great. The resort has its own beach which is absolutely stunning and a restaurant with varied traditional and western food and also does a happy hour on certain drinks and cocktails. 100% recommend!

The resort is about 15 minutes from the port via scooter so bare that in mind if you don’t plan to hire one because the taxis are expensive (10£ per person) to get to the resort.
