The Hotel is Located at an area which is very accessible to get to and close to the center. The overall experience was excellent, from the Hotel Staff, to the food, the rooms and their comfort was amazing . Particularly the Reception staff are always ready to help; Charrelle, Gladys and Maeva! The restaurant has a amazing staff and cameroonian cousine as well. Rooms are big and neat as well. A total value for money.

I won’t say not like, because obviously the hotel has no control over and thats traffic. The area around the hotel regularly has traffic especially around 8am - 10am and between 4pm to 8:30pm. But this is a general thing in Douala.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Like the mix of continental and local. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. Like their facilities as well with a gym and an instructor, a swimming pool (though small), and a roof terrace for a cold drink. I will visit again

Wifi was very very slow, but this is a Cameroon problem and not the fault of the hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, big beds, great breakfast. They let us store our luggage and use the pool after checkout. Highly recommended! One of the nicest hotels during our travels in Cameroon.

We had several problems with noise from wedding events on the top floor that was possible to hear in all parts of the hotel. This will most often happy in the weekends or around holidays. The music was intense, with a bass, and lasted until 5-6am. We tried to change rooms, but the bass was still there. We also asked them - in the middle of the night - to put down the volume. But it seems like that was not an option. In the end we got partly refund, but the hotel should find solutions to this problem so they can both host weddings and have sleeping guests at the same time.

the property was to pick me up from the airport but they didn’t. I was stranded at the airport at 1am and they made no allocation for a back up driver. I had to pay extra for a private vehicle to take me to the hotel at that tardive hour. they offered an apology but no compensation 💔 hotel is good and staff too, but they stillll need to work on delivering accurate service. I was highly at risk being stranded at the airport at 1AM in Douala
