The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The location was good.

Customers have to call hotel reception for airport pickup. This is a hassle and waste of time. We were calling and no-one was picking up the phone. We ended up wasting so much time at airport. I wish there were continuous running shuttle every 30 minutes for customers who wants to come to Hotel from airport.

Great staff, clean facility, amenities are a fantastic value for the price and not much can beat the breakfast in the mornings. The drive to and from the airport so close and shuttle bus is available if you’re looking. I could stay here again.

Not much… it served its purpose for us to be able to head to the airport in the morning. I guess the only disappointment was how loud it was during the night. We did have an attachment room, like a shared door, but I think a lot of the noise came from the hallway. And who knows, maybe it was a fluke that that many people were coming to stay so late at night and trying to find their rooms.

Location and shuttle service were great - shuttle being available was very important.,

Only item I had was my booking.com confirmation was for a King room for 1 night at $134 USA money. (Pre-added taxes). Our room ended up 2 queen beds at a higher rate and ended up total at $179. The women at the front desk were very helpful and looked over the bill - but I still felt like that seemed like a lot of taxes! Maybe that’s just how Canada is…. But - the room was more than fine and I’d stay there again.

Close to airport, breakfast was fine and included, .took up to my room, a tray would be nice to provide. Bed very comfortable, and sheets were nice. Security locks great..Desk clerk was lovely, and provided me with basics I needed as no luggage thanks to the airline..shuttle was so great to have available to pickup and deliver me to hotel and back to the airport.

Upgrade the towels, looked a little old. Something to remove makeup, so washcloth don’t get used for that.

check in was smooth and front desk staff were great. I received several texts throughout my stay checking in on how everything was. When the business center computers were out of commission, the front desk printed off the receipt that I needed. I was excited to have both oatmeal and decaf coffee at breakfast! those two options made me happy while the rest of the family enjoyed their waffles, yogurt and fruit. exercise facility was great and pool was adequate. nice touch to have a pool noodle and ball handy for those who want to play in the water. location is right off the highway and depending on why you’re in Calgary, it could be a great spot or annoying that you’re in the car for 20mins every time you want to go somewhere. overall, fantastic stay with great value. I would stay here again.

beds were a little too soft. bathroom was small. elevator can get really busy at peak times as expected

The staff were very helpful. They helped us to get a little earlier check-in. The room is comfortable and quiet even though close to the airport. The breakfast is the usual offered by hotel chains though it is of a higher quality. The bar is very popular in the evening.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and the filters need to be cleaned on a more regular basis. They were filthy.

I was only there for a few hours, as I landed in Calgary in the afternoon and had to fly out early the next morning. The shuttle that picked me up at 4:30 am was very helpful, So glad that service was offered. Food at the restaurant was very good.

I ate at the "Hangar" food was good, but it did take about 10 minutes before staff came to my table (there was no "please wait to be seated sign anywhere" so I just sat down. I wasn't entirely sure that is was a restaurant, as it looked like the typical open area, I have seen at other Hampton Inns, where people eat breakfast. I may be a little different, than others as I travel very light but it would have been great if there was a clear path to walk from the airport, (I realize there is a lot of construction there, and this is not under control of the hotel), but when I could actually see the hotel from the airport, it clearly was not a long distance. This is not a major issue.though

The staff were extremely helpful, the facility was clean and the price was excellent.

I would only suggest that you advertise more about the gluten-free food options at breakfast. I have celiac disease and had no idea that there were gluten-free options were available at breakfast until I overheard another guest. Please advertise this! Travelling with a food allergy is so cumbersome, this puts the Hampton Inn in the top of my choices for travel accommodations now because of the offer of gluten-free food items.

Had everything we needed for a short stay in Calgary. The bed was super comfortable and the room was so quite!! Couldn’t hear a thing, I had the best sleep there lol. The hotel was super close to the airport too which was great.

The only thing I could fault is the restaurant downstairs was a bit pricey but nothing outrageous. Just expensive for what it was.

The location was well outside of town but very close to the airport. The hotel offered a pool, hot tub, good restaurant and prepaid breakfast. 9th floor room offered veiw overlooking the airport and view of downtown Calgary in the distance.

The distance to downtown was quite a distance from the hotel. No restaurants in the general area except the Hotel provided restaurant.
