I liked that the property has a shuttle and when it is not running I really like that the front desk calls a taxi and provides them with a voucher. This takes the sting out of having to come from the airport because it’s about $18 each direction and adds up. The breakfast included was ok, but being a buffet that runs for a few hours it’s understandable that it’s basic. I like that the dining area is out near the lobby and comfortable. The only thing which turned me off was that the coffee was so so and worse yet no real milk or cream was provided; only powdered creamer which is full of carcinogens and tastes awful. I skipped the coffee because of these two reasons. The room was exceedingly sparkling clean, and efficiently laid out. I was actually surprised by how large it was! Also a big bonus is that it was extremely quiet!! Staff at the front were super friendly, which is nice when you have been travelling and arrive tired.

Oh I didn’t like that breakfast starts half an hour later at 7am instead of 6:30am on weekends which made it tight to catch my flight. Would be better to keep it at 6:30am every day.

Staff were excellent and informative. Got us through the check-in process quickly so we could get to our room after a long drive of 13 hours). Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great selection of just about everything and what was supposed to be hot was actually hot and what was supposed to be cold was actually cold. Food or drinks never seemed to run out as there was always someone replenishing.

Parking spaces were very narrow and even for a midsized SUV it was tight. The hotel was full and some people decided to park on the street for fear of the tight parking. We had our daughter with us and asked for an additional bath towel so all 3 off us could shower in the morning. The night staff said they didn't have any but there would be in the morning before breakfast started. When we check before breakfast there wasn't any available and then we check after breakfast and they said the same thing.

The place and room are very clean.

Staff not customer oriented.No greetings,no smile the other staff is good but her partner no smile i even smile.And when the oher staff left to her partner she doesnt even smile,my debit visa is not working so i have to work on my other card I still need to do some so i can use my other card.When i ask how much is deposit she only say 250.And keep on asking me if I am ready".Patience sometimes"say something to her and ecplain she only answer uh ha.Train her more customer relationship.She need to smile.Im in the field of custimer relationship as well but never talk to people with that kind of attitude.After she gave the paper works to me no explanation she dont even say wher the direction is.We always stay inthe hotel but not treated the same like i got treated to your hotel.

- We could get early check-in (Navid and Mosa helped us). - The rooms were really large, equipped and clean. - The hotel offers a good complementary hot breakfast. - It has a good gym, pool and jacuzzi. - The staff were very friendly and helpful including the general manager; Hamid, the receptionists; Navid, Mosa and Anna and the kitchen lady Ema.

There was nothing but I would like to add my idea and suggestions here as follows: - I suggested to the hotel GM; Hamid to have a microwave in the breakfast area. Then the guests will be able to warm up milk or other foods. 2- Since the double Queen bed rooms are large enough, it’s good to have couple of chairs or armchairs to make a sitting area.

Easy check in, fast checkout, clean rooms. Complimentary amenities like shaving cream and razors were appreciated.

Staff was not proactive about making sure that the taxi services we signed up for (the previous night) were timely. We had to prompt them to make alternative arrangements when the shuttle was late. Another guest was told to take a later shuttle because they overbooked the shuttle he signed up for. For a hotel that primarily serves travellers, getting us to the airport on time, when we followed all the appropriate planning procedures the night before, should be a priority.

Great location near the airport. Everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. the bed was especially comfortable. these are the items that were most important to me.

my bathroom did not have a shower curtain which didn’t bother me, but spoke to inattention to detail. Also, I had to manually flush the toilet by going into the tank and pulling up the stopper. Again, easy for me to manage. finally, the refrigerator contained only soda and ice cream. One lonely little container of yogurt. without a restaurant for lunch or dinner, it would have been nice to be able to buy something a little bit more nutritious.

Close to airport and main highways which means noise levels are high but the sound proof in the room made a huge difference. you could not hear any noise from outside.

Breakfast was same thing everyday we where there no variety, we were four guests room had two bath towels had to ask for two extra towels got told by front desk they did not have any we have to wait till some were washed. There was only one bathroom tissue in room had to ask for another roll and front desk seemed to suggest that was the policy. although we finally got one extra, seems weird to have to ask for extra tissue , why not stock room with extra anyways.Some improvement in cleaning will be nice there was a-lot of dust which has accumulated behind the baseboards in front of the beds on top and the bathroom sinks could use a good cleaning on some open holes in it seem to have some dirt accumulating.

Amenities and staff were great. Very good hot breakfast included. Free shuttle from airport.

We booked a room for 2 adults 2 children however only enough towels for two. Requested more towels etc and received smaller pool towels and one of them should have been a cleaning rag at best. Bath mat was also well worn and should be replaced. Too bad as the rest of the stay was great.

Everything in hotel was new, the room is clean and the washroom is wonderful. The swimming pool is my favorite part in it.

Hasn't check whether got enough facilities in my room, coz once I check-in, I can't find the hair dryer, the capsules and tea bag only left 1 set, seems hasn't refill it. Too crowded for the breakfast time, not enough space.

The staff kept our room even though we had a 6 hour delay getting there. Called and they kept the room for us. Allowed us to have some extra time at checkout if we needed that. Had our to go breakfast ready and brought it to us as we checked out. Taxi was there withing 2 minutes of request time. Temperature control was good even on very cold early morning arrival.
