Loved the comfy bed, the friendly staff, the amazing restaurant food, and the size of the room! It has space for even a work desk, a small sofa, and a big bathroom. Also has a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and cups :)

The aircon filters were clogged and dirty. I had to clean it myself because it was making the aircon malfunction and made my nose itchy. Coffee machine was a bit dirty and poured out dust and dirt. I had to clean it as well. Location is bad unless you have a car. Very far from downtown and no nearby mini marts or food places unless you walk 1.5km-2km or so.

Hotel is very close to YYC Airport and has a shuttle that runs to the airport which is the primary reason for choosing the hotel, due to its vicinity to Calgary Airport.

The onsite restaurant isn't open all during the day, only at select times. This caused issues as breakfast ended before we could get down to the restaurant. On one of the days, our order wasn't completed properly, once we noticed we went back to the restaurant but they informed us that since the restaurant was closed for breakfast, nothing could be done. In their defense, the restaurant didn't charge us for the items that were not supplied.

This is my "go to" hotel if I have to stay over in Calgary - either going to or from the airport or just visiting Calgary, it is situated very close to the airport and major road routes into and out of the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and a great size, it is quiet which is great for getting a good sleep, restaurant on-site and a pool (which I have not used). Would thoroughly recommend.

There is nothing really that could be better that is really necessary, I am a sucker for hotel slippers as I do not like walking on hotel room floors with my bare feet and there are none, but it is no big issue - I bring my own!

The bed was very comfortable. I liked the fact there was coffee making facilities. Room was v. clean and location excellent.

Hotel was booked online and secured with credit card for a relation. Unfortunately , when the guest arrived the staff on duty wouldn't accept card that had secured room as payment as the person who booked wasnt present. The room was booked for a family member. A 50 $ room deposit was taken at check in. This was not mentioned at time of booking. This had never happened before in any hotel that I booked.

We stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in January 2023, while en route to Mexico for a winter getaway. Calgary friends met up with us at the hotel for supper. Based on the reviews, I was not sure about eating at the hotel restaurant (Freeport Food & Drink). We were very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, very attentive. The menu had a reasonable selection, with soups, salads, burgers, wings and more. We stuck our heads in the "Drink" space, which seemed quite popular, but a bit louder than we wanted for dinner and a chance to chat and catch up. I was intrigued by the “Peruvian” focus mentioned in earlier reviews. I have been to Peru, and I know that their food is famous throughout South America. Apart from the yucca fries, though, the menu has shifted. The four of us enjoyed our meals, lingered over shared desserts, and did not feel pressured to move on. Breakfast was not the standard hotel buffet, but with table service from a good menu. We booked the hotel shuttle to the airport which was good, as it was a smaller van, and completely full. If you need the shuttle, make sure you book it when you check in, or in advance if you can.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive! The Calgary airport cancelled several flights and Hotel 11 received a sudden influx of stressed and exhausted guests desperate for a place to sleep. They managed to make each individual guest feel important and taken care of. The bed was extremely comfortable and the airport shuttle was very helpful.

I always appreciate hotels that provide continental breakfast, but I understand it’s hard to do that when you have a restaurant on the property.

hotel was really nice & clean! shower was really good hot & powerful! bed was really comfy apart from the pillows were quite puffy but still really comfy! I also got breakfast in the restaurant which was really good! also a 5 minute drive from the airport!

I phoned for the free shuttle bus to get picked up from the airport & was told it would’ve been 50 minutes when the hotel is literally 5 minutes away. didn’t want to wait as had been travelling all day & it was already 10pm so had to book an Uber. also felt like the shuttle bus driver was slightly rude

We were very pleased with the quality of service that we received at this hotel, the shuttle service was very good & efficient, we called the hotel when we arrived at the airport & they sent a shuttle within 5 minutes, we booked the return shuttle back to airport when we checked in & it left right on time both ways the drivers were helpful and courteous. Check in & check out were very efficient staff were very helpful so it was easy & the price we paid was exactly what we booked . The room and bed were very clean and comfortable . We would stay at this hotel again.

Quick and efficient shuttle service from the airport, good food at the restaurant in the hotel, 24h access to the pool, friendly staff, and clean spacious room. Very convenient when you have an early morning flight from YYC. Recommended!

The hotel itself was good, nothing wrong. I'd say that the location was great as it was really close to the airport, but there were no stores nearby so it's better to prepare yourself to get anything needed before you arrive.

Good convenient location, right beside the airport. Easy access to downtown & museums. Restaurant on site has good selection for room service and breakfast. Front desk staffs are helpful!

Stay in a one bedroom suite with king bed & sofa bed. Sofa bed a bit too thin & uneven. Bathroom door can’t lock properly and there is no door between the bedroom & the living room which I thought it has. Need to pay for the Breakfast
