The room and the staff were great. Lots of parking and it was easy to get anywhere in Cold Lake. Very good price. Lots of choice for breakfast. The pancake maker was a nice change from the waffle makers at other hotels.

Hot tub was cold one day and there was construction in the hallway. The next day it was back to a good temperature. The omelets were cold one day but the other days they were good. Very few TV channels seemed to work.

We loved the location and how easy it was to find. Absolutely awesome breakfast and staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Staff met our requests for a quick and accessible room as we are both mobility challenged. WE were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

A hot cup of coffee on arrival would have been deeply appreciated after the long road trip. When there are so many guests to set up breakfast for,, such as the road crews and a tour group, plus regular guests, a helper for the girl who sets it up would have been nice as it was overwhelming to the staffer who was looking after it. She managed it but she was in a frenzy making sure there was enough for everyone. It was diffficult to watch someone go through that and you just want to jump in and help.

We loved the large seating area in our Deluxe Suite! It made our stay extra comfortable and we could spread out to work/eat/watch movies. The beds were very comfortable. The room included all the amenities we needed - fridge, microwave, Keurig, great wi-fi, lots of towels, lots of plugs, and conveniently placed USB ports for charging all of our devices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that would have made it better would be a location closer to the lake for a water view. =)

it was neat, nicely styled, staff all very personable, professional and friendly! The room was perfect - the layout and the fridge just great!! Love the pool and love there is a breakfast!!!! Also the towels smelled good?!?!! Were not as chemically as mist! SO nice!!!

the room window would not open all the way for fresh air too bad, since there was sink there was no small dish soap??

Loved the style and decoration of the building and rooms. Very modern and stylish. Also reception was very friendly and informative.

Room wasn’t perfectly clean upon arrival (trash left in drawers and wet floors in the lobby and elevator area.) The breakfast was lacking and slow to replenish certain foods and vending machine options were lacklustre or not working at all.

We got upgraded and the room we got was amazing, the bed was super comfy. The soaps in the bathroom were great they had Dove and J.R Watkins. Everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing!

The fitness room was super hot

The staff were fantastic, helpful and anxious to please, that includes front desk, housekeeping as well as breakfast staff. Breakfast was great and the staff serving were exceedingly busy and need to be commended for how cheerful and kind they were to everyone they served, always with a smile. Pool was nice and well maintained. Our queen suite was fantastic and would highly recommend. It was great to have a separate sitting area with pull out couch and extra tv. The large table for family meals was such an asset.

Disappointed the hot tub was not in service. Not a deal breaker however since the pool was open.🙂

Nice location, walk to movie theater and some playgrounds. Short drive to the beach. Breakfast included, pool. Great stay with the kids.

The building is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable.

we stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room, I needed a bottle of water and there was not in the dispenser, I asked the person at the reception for help and he told me that I could get water from the gym area. They should be aware of the dispensers.

Amenities not explained such as a Coffee maker but not coffee and no mention or card telling how to get coffeeZ Fan in room was Soooo Rumblynthat it was hard to sleep!
