staff was super helpful! I was super concerned when we entered our room and the window faced the highway beside it because we were on the ground floor which I hate but it wasn’t bad at all! Plus in a time where breakfast is rarely included it was and was open till 10 am even on week days !

the beds while not necessarily uncomfortable were uncomfortable is the best way we could describe if they left these 40 some year old bodies very achy! Also it’s far out of town and the whole one side of the building where rooms are faces the highway directly and there is no sound barrier

Everything . Immaculate, very friendly helpful staff Perfect location for us to visit family ,easy hwy access. Beds were comfortable . Breakfast had many lovely choices, 24bhr access to a variety of teas amd coffee even with favored creamers. Laundry facilities that cost us $4 to use machines and $4 for soap and dryer sheets. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very nice for this type of accomodation. The eating area even had an outdoor patio. Tea, coffee, herbal tea and mineral water are available all day. The staff was professional and welcoming.

I would appreciate if the hotel made more efforts to reduce the waste from the breakfast service. For example, they could use reusable plates, cups and cutlery instead of single-use items.

Good value, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, delicious coffee in the lobby, the staff was incredible.

My bathroom had a weird setup, the TP was mounted on the wall “behind” the commode. I’d suggest moving it to the wall beside for better ergonomics :)

One of the reasons I book here for my stays is because of the breakfast. Always a good selections and plenty of food available. The location is good with limited noise compared to other locations I had stayed at previously in Grande Prairie.

I booked online with booking.com and paid less than what I was quoted on the phone. the pet-friendly rooms smelled great and were perfect for our stay. It was a good distance from central grande prairie and was a quiet location. We really felt safe there and the breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful.

Had to change rooms because of smoke alarm beeping but got the same room across the hall. did not like the inconvenience but happy they accommodated. The tv remote did not work in new room but was too late to launch another issue with the front desk and we were too tired at that time.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in close proximity to Hwy 43 for those travelling onward but a little out of the way for restaurants and any shopping.

We recognize the construction, but there was garbage left behind by the builders. There should be a recycling station for bottles for everyone who visits the property. We must all do our share. How can the facility reduce use of plastics?

Very nice staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, very fresh food.

The coffee was weak. Lol. Sounds petty, but that was about our only complaint.

It was great, and just 7 mins away from the venue were the anniversary held. And I like the place cause it’s quite and peaceful.
