The room was wonderful. Clean, and comfortable. It was quiet as well which is nice. The shower stall was big enough for a tall person like me to fit and not have to bend over weirdly. The on-site restaurant and bar was great with friendly and helpful staff. It was nice being able to relax with a drink and meal after a long day and not have to go very far. Food was very good as well.

Wifi was rather poor and the speeds were slow. It made doing any sort of video calls almost impossible. I ended up having to tether my phone instead. There were also 3 wireless networks but no indication of which one to pick. Be prepared to tether your phone for anything requiring a fast and stable internet connection. At least there was a strong 5G cell signal in the building.

Our room was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was large with a lovely glassed-in shower & a separate tub. The toilet was in it's own water closet. We ate dinner at the restaurant, the food was good and about what we expected to pay. Breakfast was included in our room price, there was lots to choose from including an omelette section.

One of the two elevators was out of order, which made it a bit inconvenient but the elevators were large so held a lot of people plus luggage if you weren't fussy about being in close quarters.

great room, friendly staff

The free breakfast service used to be a self serve bar which went much much faster. This year we had to wait to be seated and it took a long long long time to get any food or service. They constantly ran out of coffee & hot water and one day I couldn't get any breakfast, coffee at all!

The lady at the front desk was beyond wonderful. She recognized us from previous stays and made sure to say "welcome back" and made us feel like family almost! She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable and happy with our room. She is a great asset to this Hotel for sure!

Everything was great!

It was very clean and despite a full parking lot, inside the hotel was quiet.

The room was very oddly shaped, but we thought it was kind of neat! I was not expecting all night construction outside our hotel, but although it is not the hotel's fault, we could have been warned. We stayed in room 260 which could use a bathroom fan.

the over priced bar in rooms and breakfast was not the best for the taxes they charge extra and included breakfast it was small and lame for the choices and sizes they could definitely make it more filling a good hearty size breakfast for sure ! but besides that great !

This is my hotel choice when in Grande Prairie. Staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent food in the restaurant.

When you enter the restaurant from the lobby, there are booths that are torn up and have been sitting there for quite a period of time. Not a big deal but pretty tacky looking. Get them fixed! The lobby looks fabulous.

The bed was excellent; the breakfast was excellent; but, in general, the facilities are showing quite a bit of wear and tear. I used to stay here when it first opened, and it was excellent in every way, then. The owners need to initiate renovations to bring the building back to its former standard.

Only one elevator works. The carpets are quite worn, and the hallway surface on the way to our room is quite irregular. The tile grout in the bathroom was poorly done and the cieling panels were damaged.

The room was huge, with jakuzzi near the king site bed. Fireplace by the jacuzzi was also a nice touch (it didn't function fully). The toilet was totally separated from the bathroom.

They didn't check the expiration on some of the snacks, but afterbI let them know they made sure to check them in every room.

This was the nicest hotel stay in recent memory. The room was beautiful. The large jet tub was great, the washroom was exceptional. The view was lovely, the bed and bedding excelled in materials quality and comfort. We were duly impressed, and the free breakfast was also good, and the service was great.

We noticed the next morning that the television didn't work.
