Great lounge Tractor Jacks! Really good food and service! Right inside the building! Room was ok for what I paid!

Front desk staff from the time I checked in to the next day when I checked out very cold and not polite or helpful at all! Really bad customer service/ people skills! Plus vending machines not stocked up all were half empty! I just wanted water! Couldn’t get from front desk either.

Had a room with a better view Stayed there a few other times but our rooms were facing the back....this time we faced the front..but always enjoy the stay at paradise Inn.

Some times you get a full breakfast served. This last time was help yourself and if your not early enough..you get what's left over. But we went for breakfast at 9:30:am and it's on till 10:am..other than that..all good.

The dinner we had at the restraunt inside the hotel was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were also friendly.

The cleaning staff came into our room while we were still sleeping. They should knock louder before entering and also make sure client has checked out before entering.

everyone was super nice and everything was clean. the restaurant and bar had delicious food, decently big room over all I would stay again. it’s in a great spot in grande prairie you have everything you need in walking distance

the walls are pretty thin, we could here every conversation our neighbours had and someone snoring and the beds weren’t really comfortable

Room was clean and well appointed. Great black out curtains and excellent air circulation. Breakfast was included and was a full hot breakfast in the restaurant. Would definitely stay again!!

Beds were okay comfortable but there is room to improve the bed/mattress. Carpets in main were well worn.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help and make your stay enjoyable. The complementary breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was great! The room was clean and lots of parking outside. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport and pick up when I returned. Would return again!

Price difference from what I was supposed to pay with booking.com. Coffee in rooms was not great.

Breakfast was disappointing as there was only greasy undercooked bacon, powdered scrambled eggs and home fries. No cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins or bagels. Very limited.

Breakfast was lacking any healthy choices.

Room was super-clean. Bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable!

Took about 10 minutes to get a cup of tea at breakfast. Seemed like I was the "invisible man." Other than that, breakfast was fine.

would have been nice to get coffee replaced with coffee rather than tea in the room. chair in the room was not very comfortable. while the room was renovated the finishes were not very good with cracks in walls and pealing paint

I would have liked (and asked for) a room at the back of the hotel, away from traffic, but was told there were no rooms left at the back, so I got a room facing the busy highway.
