nice quiet location. Has a pool and hot tub. lots of parking. very reasonably priced for a motel in Jasper.

Young front staff need to be better trained on procedures and billing. was unknowingly charged $250 Visa deposit instead of $100 at check in. Room was clean and comfortable, but we found a pair of woman’s panties beside the bed from the previous person while trying to plug in a cell phone charger.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they allowed me to leave my dog in the room when we went out to grab some dinner. Most hotels do not allow pets to remain in the room unsupervised. They even provided a food dish and treats in the room for my pup.

I couldn't get the heat high enough. so the room was quite chilly. Also there was no fan in the bathroom, which I thought was weird. That wasn't a problem for me, but I could see mold issues down the road from the humidity of people taking showers.

Spacious room with lots of amenities including a dry sauna! We did not get a chance to use it but it was available and privately in our room! Kitchen was well supplied. an the room was very spacious.

Mattresses were old, lumpy and very noisy, Carpet needed a bit more cleaning but other than that the room was very good. We travelled end of September and expected the prices per night were not ridiculous but no such luck. Still very expensive to stay in Jasper for what you get. Pool was also cold (not heated) but at least it was clean!

The bed was super comfortable. The room was really cute and cozy. I ended up having to work really late, used the desk - had tea. The front desk was very helpful when I was asking for more tea options (not something they would include as there was already tea in the room) and offered me extra things. I felt very welcome.

One of the lamps didn't work and there wasn't many outlets around the desk area but you don't really go for outlets, so it really wasn't something to worry about. Plenty of outlets in the bedrooms and other areas.

Everything in Jasper is a mere 15 minute walk to a restaurant. We did the Greek restaurant- not that good for over dry Greek ribs and chicken. But our room was super comfy beds, beautiful crisp linens and duvet, great shower. A party of four young skiers arrived next door but once we closed our door we never heard them! Never made it to the hot tub but others did so we know it was running. Small fridge with a freezer part not big enough for our small freezer pack. But a large electric kettle plus full size coffee maker in the room. Super friendly staff!

A bigger freezer in the mini fridge would have been super helpful as a traveller and the on site restaurant listed is only open for breakfast but hey- I’m not complaining . Enjoyed our stay.

Staff was accommodating - room was nice and toasty There were amenities for the two female dogs that came with us in the rooms :) water dish and bed along with poop bags . I liked the mountain view from the second floor

The cable cord in room 225 was not screwing in to the wall but if I propped something up against it - it would work until it didn’t . I did not notify the front desk but probably should have . The shampoo and conditioner was pretty cheap heh heh I did wonder for a minute who would have selected that product lol even with conditioner in I had a hard time brushing through my hair after using it.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our room and they moved us to a nearby room straight away. Stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay

They only clean your room every three days, the build up of rubbish was the main issue. However, in saying that they were quick to come and collect if you let them know.

Previous negative reviews really made me question my decision to book here, but I’m glad I did! It’s true that a stay here is not cheap, but it is still one of the more affordable places to stay in Jasper, and our dog-friendly room was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure for showers, and toiletries provided. Even came with dog bowls, treats and a bed, which was very sweet. Was concerned about potential noise, but all was quiet and we slept well. Location is great for strolling into town for restaurants, and cafe Wicked Cup (next to reception) is excellent.

Mattress was tired and two people rolled together! Staff replied to my initial email inquiry about a quiet room suggesting I use a white noise machine, which was off putting (and thankfully unnecessary!), though front desk staff were perfectly pleasant upon check in and out.

Great location

Value for money was not good; I believe it was priced higher because it's so close to Jasper National Park; paid less in Canmore for a two-bedroom suite with kitchen than I did here; however, I assume that's how the market works near Jasper and everything in the area is expensive for what you get.

The staff was friendly and checking-in / out was really easy. We liked the terrace on the 1st floor to have dinner there or just enjoy the view. Room and bathroom were clean and also big enough for 2 adults. Although we were next to a busier street it was really quiet at night. However prices should be adjusted, it was our most expensive stay during our roadtrip and it is a Motel after all.

Sadly there is no breakfast included but there is a café directly next to the Lodge - it is really well visited and it takes a little bit to get your snack. The carpet floor is really outdated. It would be better to differ the rooms between pet-friendly and no pets allowed as we could definitely smell that dogs already stayed in our room.
