Fantastic, quiet location just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. Our room was small and comfortable and provided all that we needed during our stay and the staff were obliging. Although we had our own kitchenette, which was very handy, we chose to use the communal kitchen downstairs which was certainly the best one we have ever come across in all our travels. It was modern, very spacious and spotlessly clean. There were four work stations which provided plenty of room for food preparation, and there was also a vast array of utensils for guests to use. We particularly liked how there were literally piles of tea-towels and cloths available for wiping dishes and work surfaces, which after one use went into a container for laundering – such a practical and hygienic idea.

Although there is free parking on-site, it is limited and slightly awkward. However, it is possible to find alternative free parking a block away.

Clean, well maintained and with a well stocked kitchen. Beds in the dorm were good value, and I liked the option of a private toilet and shower for a dorm. Good location, with plenty of restaurants/cafes in walking distance. COME TO JASPER, they need all the support they can get. Good base for doing hikes in the area unaffected by recent wild fires.

Only limited on-site parking, but plenty of street parking near by. The common area wasn’t particularly inviting.

The location is excellent, being close to restaurants and a grocery store, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and nice, adding to the positive experience. My family stayed in a private suite, and we were pleased to find that it had air conditioning. I initially thought that Jasper would be cool even in the summer, but I was mistaken. The air conditioning in the private suite was absolutely necessary for a comfortable stay. The room has a private bathroom.

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and I felt quite unused to it. However, I'm sure others might have more positive experiences than I did. I found the room to be too small, and there was no breakfast provided. Additionally, there is a no-shoe policy in the hotel, but the sign was not clear at all. My family was asked by a staff member to take off our shoes, which was embarrassing. I don't believe that this is a family-friendly hotel. Additionally, the internet was not stable.

The hostel is centrally located in downtown Jasper and offers free parking options just down the road after the church. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean, comfy bed with bedding and curtains for privacy in shared dorms. The dorm that I stayed in had an own bathroom and shower, which was super practical. The common area downstairs was great for watching tv, playing games, chatting with other guests or working. There's a huge kitchen with everything you need, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer in the underground floor. Everything was super convenient! I enjoyed my stay and will gladly come again :)

Only stayed one night but lots of good amenities offered, staff were very friendly, plenty of showers and bathrooms (unfortunately in need of a shelf for items when showering, as had to leave things on floor that couldn’t be hung up). Excellent location and within walking distance to everything.

As stated, shower rooms need shelves or benches. I had a top bunk which was directly under heated area of roof which made it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep, woke up through the night and with a sore head. Not much parking provided, hostel offers like four spots that aren’t street parking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen was great. It was clean and comfortable. I slept really well.

I had to use a hair clip to close the curtains all the way. The outside lights were quite bright, and shining right in my eyes in bed. But the hair clip worked, and the curtains were then great at blocking the light, and I didn't need my sleep mask. I had to use ear plugs due to external noise but was prepared for that. I requested a higher floor to avoid those issues, but there wasn't one available, i guess. I could have used a little more shelf space for my stuff, but admittedly I had a lot of stuff for just one night.

Location is close to everything in Jasper. Staff are friendly and they are all bilingual in French. Bedroom, shower and washroom are all clean. The female-only basement dorm has an ensuite washroom. There's no AC in the basement, but the heat was manageable with the fans they provided, and I slept without duvet to keep myself cool. There's enough room for everyone to open their luggage.

The bed is too soft, you can feel your butt sink in the middle. It can get hot in the bathroom as there's no ventilation.

Hostel has a great location, staff very helpful and friendly. Also super clean and kitchens are well equipped. AC was also good in the heat it was necessary..

Limited parking, you have to park down the street only 4 spots behind the hostel available. There are no lockers inside the room, at least not the one I stayed in, which is quite uncommon and not practical. Kitchen is also locked between 6 and 10 which is annoying if you need to leave between those hours you cannot get your food..

I liked that there was a private bathroom in the room I booked. All female dorm was also a plus, felt much safer. Clean, comfortable beds with privacy curtains provided a bit of soundproofing and a cozy night's sleep. Right in downtown Jasper, close walk to restaurants, shops, and cafes. Lots of outdoor patio tables, and free, covered parking directly on site (only 4 stalls) Also!! PSA to people driving in: just be aware that there is a slight change in grade from the back alley to the parking pad, and the short ramp is quite steep. Low sitting vehicles might scrape on the bottom if you aren't careful.

Very minor, but it would be nice if there was paper towel to dry your hands provided in the private washroom in the room, as there were hand driers in the other washrooms. Not much else to say as I only stayed for 1 night.
