The rooms had been upgraded and were extremely modern and clean. Lots of plugs and USB ports in the suite. The price was extremely low and the facility very inviting. The Keurig coffee maker produced on of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. The breakfast room was on the 2nd floor and had beautiful arched windows with tables all around. One of the nicest breakfast rooms I have ever seen. Excellent Indian restaurant on premises as well as a liquor store and lounge. No need to leave the property to get anything. About 500 metres from the main highway. Couldn't be more convenient.

Lack of elevator. Even though we had a ground floor suite, it would have been problematic to haul luggage up to the 2nd floor. Other than that, there were no flaws.

Staff were excellent to deal with. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was great. good selection and the hot foods/drinks were hot and the cold foods/drinks were cold.

The beds seemed small for a queen size bed. We have a queen at home and it definitely wasn't the same size. There was a used bath towel that was under our sink. We just left it there but made us also wonder what might not have been cleaned/sanitized. We had lysol wipes so we decided to wipe down the bathroom and high touch areas before anything else.

Excellent resto up in the lounge which we thought was just a liquor store from the lobby. Great food there with an extensive menu. Breakfast was way better than previous times. Sausages nailed it? Good coffee. Thanks for a good getaway breaky. Beds are still comfy with dandy pillows. Showers are hot with lots of water. Keep up the good work with cleanliness.

The hotel is doing everything right. Very clean throughout. Great location close to amenities and artery highways. Easy to find. Nothing not to like about this lodging that I will happily recommend. Thanks for the stay

The hotel itself felt grand and spacious and was clean and tastefully decorated.i was a HUGE fan of the Breakfast area, and loved the arched windows and the seating area got lots of sun. There were great options for Breakfast-although I would have preferred bacon over sausage, but that's just me. The staff was polite, and check-in was easy. The rooms themselves were tidy and very well presented, and I liked the quality bath/shower products that were in the room. (Dove shampoo/conditioner & lotion). It was a thoughtful extra. I was happy with the pet friendly accommodations and the pet fee was reasonable. Nice location, overall great experience.

I wish the fountain feature in the lobby was working, and I wish there was a hot tub or sauna.

Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was all fresh and tasty with a nice sitting area for yourself and/or your family. We had a standard room which was big enough to set up a play pen for my baby to sleep.

Our room ended up being a connecting room and we could see the light under the door from the guest who was staying in there. We could also hear the tv on as well however had brought sound machines so it was drowned out immediately.

Nice place for a short stay. The room was very comfortable, clean and quite spacious. The hotel itself is easy to find and has a large parking area. It definitely has everything you need. Our car broke down and we were stranded in Medicine Hat without passport and change of clothes: we were lucky to have digital copies of our passport which they accepted. There are loads or restaurants and shops around which was a plus. We didn't get the chance to try the hotel's restaurant, though it seemed pretty nice.

Not much besides the staff: there are definitely understaffed! Don't get me wrong: all in all, they were nice and competent however: 1. the lady working at the reception when we arrived wasn't very friendly. She did warm up to us later, after check in but still... 2. in the morning, there was only one person to tend to the reception AND the breakfast area, so as you guessed, everything was slow that morning. Hats off to the guy who still did a good job, just slower.

The property seemed to be recently renovated and very clean. It was very spacious and comfortable. And the walk in shower very nicely done with terrific water pressure. There was an excellent Indian Restaurant on the property with good food and good value. And the hotel breakfast included in the price located in a spacious area over the atrium. It was good value.

The property was convenient for our driving holiday and we just stayed the night. It did not have views except for parking lots and a small mall. So there was not much charm. But we were looking for convenience and good value which it did deliver.

Breakfast was very good, I stayed there before and knew what to expect. The floor was sticky as something had been spilt and not cleaned as well as it could have been. Not a big deal. Bed was good, but not as soft as I like, my hips were sore in the morning.

There was not really anything I didn’t like, this was my second time staying there and will stay there again in the future.

Great price, good location, room was nicely updated. Only complaint at all was regarding the included breakfast at which all of the muffins and bagels were at least a day old and rock hard. Other than that, a decent deal on a cheap place to stay.

Muffins and bagels at breakfast were haphazardly wrapped in cellophane and were not fresh, hourly only 1 day old but not edible anymore regardless.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and well equipped. The location was very good close to many stores and restaurants. Continental breakfast was available.

The bathroom sink splashed all over easily. Our neighbours were in the hallway talking at 1:00 am for 1/2 hour and we could hear every word. The sound proofing was not very good but except for these people we were not disturbed.
