Room was great -lots of room to move around. Only thing was you could not pull the curtains shut at night. More than satisfied with it otherwise. It was also very clean which is nice to see and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great as it was not too much. Lots of folks just like a "snack" for breakfast and yours fit the bill. The other thing is that it has easy access to the main highway and was very easy to find.

This hotel is NOT the most modern or best equipped. BUT THE STAFF ARE GREAT! They were so nice and helpful I can't say enough about them. Initially I was given a room with faulty A/C and they got me a big fan, then moved me into a perfect room. They stored stuff in the cafe kitchen freezer for me. They gave me driving directions. Plus the breakfast was healthy and substantial.

Location seemed a bit sketchy but good for restaurants around. Even though the breakfast went until 9 most of the food was gone by 7:45

The friendliness of the staff were very friendly and caring! They have answered questions as best as they can, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. The beds were super comfy!! Kudos to the manager for the job that he does, he went above and beyond to reach customers expectations. If we needed something, he was there to help. - The young girl at the front desk, handled a situation with another customer that was ahead of us, very well. She was very calm, patient, and spend her time accordingly trying to help the gentleman in front of us to try and find his room.

The pool/hot tub being closed due to Covid 19. Morning breakfast did not have a lot of selection to choose from - My girlfriend and I were both looking forward to the waffles. The bathroom tap for the shower was loose.

Price was really good and the room itself was nice. Breakfast staff was friendly

I had to give it a lower rating because of a few issues, one quite serious: - fire code violations- some fire doors would not close properly, some were blocked open. - safety code violations: a bunch of weird level changes create areas without proper landings and steeply ramped floors that lacked proper railings and were hard to see because they were disguised by the continuous carpet. - bathroom had poorly draining toilet, commercial locking tp holder was open and missing roll, cramped layout - dated decor in hallway

Location on the Trans Canada is perfect. The room has a fridge and microwave..

The bathroom was very tight. The shower taps are old and were difficult to set for the shower. Not all the lights work or work properly.

Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.

My second morning, the hot items were either not what I was interested in or not available (waffle batter had "not been delivered" hence no waffles possible). Also, I found the TV control very difficult to use (could not get "on demand" selections and finding and using Live TV was very challenging).

My son had a great time in the pool, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

The hot tubs werent working, booked it so we could relax after a long drive only to find out they havent worked for over a month and if we would of known that we wouldnt of booked here. They should really put that in their listing. The 1st room we got there was such a horrible smell we had to go to the desk and have them switch us rooms which they did. The struggle to get the television to work was unreal! Apparently a power surge screwed a lot up but youd think being a hotel they would correct the issue by now.

Other than the main entry, the exit and entry doors were different. Most expensive pet fee on our trip, even in the same chain of hotels

I loved Shirley, she was awesome. However, when we arrived there were not enough towels for 2 people. There were 2 large towels but only one face and hand towel. When I requested more towel, they delivered, only 2 large towels and the dirty one we used were left in tub. Our garbages weren’t emptied and our beds not made. Loved the hot breakfast too. Overall, my sister and I fell in love with Quality in. We come her often and we will definitely stay with Quality in and Shirley ♥️
