Stayed here over the Christmas period whilst visiting family - what a great little find! My wife actually commented that it felt as though we were staying with family as the staff were so friendly and accommodating - even leaving a small Christmas gift for guests on the big day! Room was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved "The Rag" in the bathroom, quirky idea that raised a smile (if you know, you know!) Will be visiting Medicine Hat several times in the coming years so will definitely be staying here again and again.

Breakfast choice was limited (but the waffle maker more than made up for it)!

The staff were wonderful and our room was quiet and very clean. The location was next to a mall and theatre which, if we were there longer, would have added to our entertainment. The location also was close to a few restaurants. All together this made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast area layout is quite tight, especially for the number of people trying to access it. It just requires patience. The food was good and the staff did their best to refill the dishes quickly. Tables were cleaned in a timely fashion.

The king suite was very spacious, clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall ambiance is modern, comfortable and clean.

Ice machine was turned off on our floor. No recycle bin in our room. The water pressure in the shower was extremely high darn near ripped your skin off. Other than events at the Coop Center, the location of this hotel is out of the way from most of the city and even being a king suite and all, the room was slightly overpriced. This area needs sidewalks, we had to walk on the road or on grass most of the way to the Co-op Center.

The breakfast was good and being consistent filled. Great juice bar and good coffee. The coffee was out in main lobby when we were leaving so that was disappointing since 3 housekeeping staff visiting behind the counter at that time. Overall good location and nice room.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a positive experience so I re-booked for this trip. It was comfortable and had everything I required. The location is good and the restaurants around the area were accessible either by walking or driving.

The parking lot was a bit crowded, but they seem to have many guests so that's to be expected.

The pool was very nice and even had spare life jackets for kids. Our room was spacious and quite clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The amenities like soap came in larger dispensers that need to be refilled and they were forgotten in our room. There also were some plugs that didn't seem to work.

We had an issue with the room we were given because we requested a bath tub but it didn't have one. After talking to Owen for a few minutes, he ran around the whole hotel and together with his manager was able to accommodate our wishes, thank you Owen! The pool had a basketball net and random balls flying around and every single person in the pool, young and old, threw at least a couple and had a lot of fun, what a great idea! Breakfast had waffles, so super win for me. We had a great time there.

Not much really, the rooms weren't checked while we stayed there for 3 days and at certain times breakfast was much too busy for one person to handle and things ended up empty for a while. Also please get rid of single use plastics ;)

Friendly staff at front desk and great housekeeping throughout. Room was fresh smelling and nicely laid out. Breakfast was great.

Layout of the breakfast area - a little time spent in reconfiguring this area would I’m sure be greatly appreciated by your guests as would changing your hours to 6:30 - 9:30 closing at 9:00 am caused a bottleneck of guests arriving just in time for the cut off

This is a fairly new facility, where a suite is literally a suite: two rooms, couches, a table, two large beds, and bathroom with plenty of counter space. The breakfast room opens out into a second room, with well-spaced tables. The beds are heavenly, and the television is much bigger than the 40 - or 42-inch variety in other hotels we stayed in on this trip. There are also two restaurants within easy walking-distance. And the swimming pool is located just off the reception room, guaranteeing peace and quiet for sleeping guests.

The laundry room is next door to reception. A laundry cart taking up most of the hallway space made it difficult in the morning to pass with luggage in tow. And the food containers in the breakfast room are crowded too close together, particularly in an era of Covid.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were comfortable. There was a little handwritten note to enjoy our stay by the housekeeping staff and the location was excellent with the mall and Tim Hortons nice and close.
