We LOVE the water slide. It keeps us coming back time and time again. We love that there are several life jackets, pool noodles and pool toys available for use. The rooms and common areas are always clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great with fun and friendly staff.

This time the bathtub plug was missing from our tub so bathing the kids after a bath was an issue. If my kids were younger or unable to shower, it wouldn’t have been acceptable to wait until maintenance showed up the next day. Thankfully mine were ok having their first real shower. This is a “one off” that will likely never happen again. Just odd…how it could be missing is beyond me.

We should have check to see if there any ball or hockey groups there during our stay. what sounded like 100,were hockey kids running up and down the hall.screaming jumping etc.We did have to call the front desk and ask that something be done. A few mins. later is was quiet again.

This hotel was well-situated for our visit to Medicine Hat. The complimentary breakfast provided a number of meal options. The room was very clean and comfortable. The reservations host who checked us in was extremely helpful and courteous.

There was nothing we didn't like.

the breakfast: as with most free breakfast offers, it was not tasty, limited choice. where is the real whole grain bread, good cheese, fresh fruits?

I liked the pool and hot tub, the rooms were perfect for my family They were very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were quick on anything you needed.

I didn't like the random people going up and down the halls after 10 pm. It woke up my children but I did call about it and it was delt with.

The staff there were amazing and super friendly. They make you feel right at home. The pool and water slide were a huge hit for our family with small kids. Breakfast was awesome with great variety.

The room was clean and well stocked with everything I needed.

I added an extra night to my stay on my 2nd day there and while out, someone came in and made the bed but didn't clean the room and remove the towels that were left on the bathroom floor as instructed. Which was strange bcuz the clean room was something I was so grateful for when I checked in.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was great. Fitness centre was not busy.

Quoted price did not include taxes, MF (whatever that is) and Tourism Levy. Yes, maybe I should know that, but still, why not include it in the quotes? Use Canadian spelling for words like centre, metre, etc. please.

The Pool was great! Very warm and got tub was HOT! The waterslide empties into its own basin so its great for little kids and not to splash those in the main pool. The staff was amazing as well!!!

A bit pricy but the staff made the slightly higher price worth it! I will definately come back!!!

The first thing that appealed to me is that I was able to get a room that had two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. I was travelling with two adults and three kids and this was one of the deciding factors in choosing this hotel. The second was a pool, and the third was breakfast included. We were so pleasantly surprised at the way the waterslide was laid out. Not having it splash into the pool was a huge draw for my kids. They spent 2 1/2 hours on that waterslide. My non-swimmer and my face splash haters loved that they didn’t splash into the pool and need to have lifejackets on and someone to catch them! The pool had a selection of water toys, balls, pool noodles, etc., and lifejackets available for kids as well. The breakfast was great, The staff were all happy and smiling anytime I saw them, and always said hello and inquired as to how our stay was going. I highly recommend this hotel!

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like. It was extremely clean, well laid out, quiet, and comfortable.
