Very friendly staff. They kindly answered each question thoroughly despite I had numerous (such as traffic rules of Alberta) The room was so clean and the bed was very cozy. And the air-conditioning system was easy to control. The location has everything near the hotel. Walmart, Sobey's Liquor, Dollar Tree, cafes and restaurants etc in walking distance. The gym quality was very good. Every equipments were clean and nothing was rusty.

I was very satisfied with the stay, but if I had to pick one.. It would be nicer if there was an equipment for pull-ups(chin-ups) in the fitness room. But not a big problem. It was still good 😀 You can ignore it 😄

This is a new property. Breakfast area was nicely set up for seating. Many choices to accommodate various tastes. Loved the Swimming pool and that parking was near room and available. We came to Medicine Hat to celebrate my husband and my birthdays. The Staff presented us with a beautiful Snack basket. We were so surprised!! Thank you for the thoughtful gift!

The fridge in our first room did not work but we were quickly moved (with the help of staff) to another suitable room.

Hotel has great access on main roads, restaurants and grocery stores. Huge parking. Good lobby. Great spacious and clean room. Beds and linens are comfy.

Beds creak,not properly fitted on the frames. Noisy room, you can hear all the noises on other room from side walls to ceiling. Ugh.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of selection. The jacuzzi tub was nice and big.

I wish there were instructions on the jacuzzi. It took forever to figure out how to close the drain. I didn't like the change in what my invoice stated compared to the charge on my credit card. My invoice stated $170 and I was charged $250.

Staff was great, room was great and breakfast was great, waterskied and pool area were pretty decent

The pool area was pretty chilly including the water, we did put in a complaint and they said they had quite a few of those and had already told management

We LOVE the water slide. It keeps us coming back time and time again. We love that there are several life jackets, pool noodles and pool toys available for use. The rooms and common areas are always clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great with fun and friendly staff.

This time the bathtub plug was missing from our tub so bathing the kids after a bath was an issue. If my kids were younger or unable to shower, it wouldn’t have been acceptable to wait until maintenance showed up the next day. Thankfully mine were ok having their first real shower. This is a “one off” that will likely never happen again. Just odd…how it could be missing is beyond me.

We have stayed at this property several times and have been pleased by the consistent quality

I certainly would appreciate a bottle of water in the room. Also, I am a light sleeper. Our room was opposite the elevators and there was some noise that awakened me despite my earplugs.

The property is in a great location. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always awesome.

On weekends it is very noisy with groups coming in for sports events

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit.

Only issue for our room was one of the bed was little noisy.

Staff were friendly, it was clean, check out was smooth, water slide was fun with the fam

The fitness centre didn’t have a lot of equipment but it did the job for someone committed to get a work out done
