The breakfast was very good. There were eggs, potatoes, and sausage and bacon for hot items. They had yogurt, muffins, cinnamon buns, toast and cereal. The food was very good and they had staff dedicated to making the breakfast and topping up items instead of the reception desk staff running in and out like other places we have stayed. The location is great for shopping - it is close to the Medicine Hat Mall as well as a big box area. It is a very quite location and the hotel itself is quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

It would be nice to have an adult cereal for breakfast like muesli. Other than that, I can’t think of anything else - we really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I were enroute from Winnipeg to a conference in Banff and looking for a place to stop and rest. After reading reviews , I chose to book at this hotel (as we knew 10 hrs of driving in one day would be enough). What a gem! Ample free parking, staff were super helpful and welcoming, room was super clean and beds and pillows comfortable, clean breakfast area and well stocked. Hot foods hot and cold foods cold. A keeper on my list and to recommend.

Very clean and quiet neighbourhood just off the highway. New looking hotel is walking distance away from several restaurants, take your pick! We parked just outside the doors and breakfast included eggs, bacon, hot and cold cereal, yogurt cups and fresh apples and oranges! Very good selection!.

I know I'm being picky but the shower control has no throttle! You can only control the temperature so why bother asking guests to conserve water when there is no way to slow the flow?? Next I found the very effective a/c was blowing directly on me. Some enjoy this as it feels like the wind in your hair all night, it's just not for me.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming to our dog with no extra or hidden charges, awesome breakfast.

The only reason this is not getting 100% exceptional ratings from me is the use of a very strong scented spray in the room. It was overwhelming for someone like me with allergies and ruined the whole stay. I opened the window and took allergy pills but the scent did not dissipate. This is really unfortunate because the hotel and staff were exceptional. I won’t be able to stay again.

Breakfast was delicious! There was enough to choose from and the coffee was really good. They also had baked cookies to go with your tea/coffee at the front entrance. Beds were comfortable but the blanket was not as thick as we had hoped it would be so we asked for an extra blanket and they provided us with extra pillows and blankets right away.

PS3 wasn't working but this wasn't a mandatory thing for our trip so we didn't bother asking front desk for help, but I am sure they would've sent someone down to have it fixed. The gym was also just a bit dirty, the previous guests who used it didn't really throw their wipes in the garbage bin.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the A/C was on when we arrived so the room was already cool and comfortable. There's a free BBQ and picnic table in the parking lot for our use and it made our supper very convenient. The breakfast changed daily and had quite a lot of choices. It was close to shopping and the main highway.

We had to ask for extra soap and toilet paper because they don't clean the rooms daily anymore. But they were forthcoming as soon as we asked.

The staff were so friendly and kind, especially after a long drive. They called to let us know the elevator was not working and if we wanted a 1st floor room. They had it all ready for us. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. So comfortable. They also gave us a bag of rags for spills. What a brilliant idea! This was helpful for our cats paw prints after being in the tub, having a drink of water.

The shower had weird shampoo and conditioner dispensers that were almost empty. We just used our own soap. Not very accessible.

The hotel was very clean, well maintained and close to many amenities. The breakfast was very good although there could have been another meat choice besides sausage. Also, the breakfast room itself was very tight and it was difficult to move around other diners.

The only drawback was the tight breakfast area. Otherwise, everything met our expectations.

I liked the room decor, especially the all white bedding. I liked the little bag they said I could take that hang in the closet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk people, Vanessa and Melissa, were very pleasant and helpful.

I didn’t like that they only had margarine for toast. I also didn’t like the lack of a full length mirror in the room.

Excellent location, staff was wonderful and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows weren’t the comfiest, but overall a great stay! We also were able to utilize the bbq they have on site, which is a great thing to offer! We didn’t have the breakfast because we promised our daughter ihop, but it did look great! We loved the hotel!
