The location and facilities are excellent, and my kids really enjoyed the waterslides! The breakfast was also very good.

It was unfortunate for us that the day we arrived was the day that someone had thrown up in the main pool, and it was closed for cleaning. We still had a great time on the waterslides though. I was a little disappointed that there were not any sheets or pillows for the pull out couch in our room. I had booked the room for five people and based on the fact that there is only a king size bed, and a double pull out couch, I figured it was obvious that we would need to use the couch. When I called the front desk to ask for some, the gentleman apologized and said that they may not have realize that the couch would be used for sleeping arrangements. Also, I could only find one washcloth when we need it for. Unusual but they sent sheets and pillows an extra washcloths up right away.

My family and stayed here, 25 years ago when it was still shiny and new. Great memories and I was feeling nostalgic. It's quite and the over grown hedge in front of our window afforded us much appreciated privacy. It kept the traffic noise down. I loved the Teakwood Family Restaurant: it was beautiful and a great way to start a day: hot breakfast and good coffee. The room had plenty of space to park a mobility scooter. Clean bathroom, bedding, and fresh smelling room (rugs tend to capture orders but this one didn't) kodo to the cleaning staff.

The pool was dated but functional; long walk to the room; heavy doors for a person in a scooter, no automatic buttons, no handle bars in washroom for a person with a disability

The water park

Water park opened too late- kids get up way earlier than 9!!!! The cooling unit in the king one bedroom suite was outside the room so the bedroom was 24 degrees while the other room was 20 and the AC blasting on the person sleeping on the pull out couch (in their face). The room does not have a tub which meant we couldn’t bathe our littlest kid. Showers terrify him. Not a huge deal- some people might need a tub though

Had a very good sleep both nights. Waterslide was fun. Pools were clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Atmosphere of the lobby was great!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The drapes in our room weren't hanging properly, so made it hard to open and close them. The tv was hard to figure out, but we didn't watch much anyway.

Overall, a fun place at a good price, casino and attached bar were fine, dealers and tables were friendly and enjoyable, breakfast was decent, always appreciate a comped such, and the place itself was close to a few good places up and down the highway.

No complaints, lot of stuff for kids and families, but quiet hours kept things in good shape.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable . Check out staff in the morning were very friendly . One staff didn't have change for vending machine so went out of his way to get change for me .

I didn't like the Blonde lady when I checked in ,She didn't smile at all or ask questions . Was not friendly at all. I walked up and gave her my name . And she didn't even ask for my Visa number . I could have easily just dropped keys off and left without paying, but I'm an honest person .

The location of the Hotel is great, being close to the main highway and in walking distance of the MH Mall and other major stores for shopping. The pool was a nice relaxing experience with the added attraction of the water slides, which we used first thing before they got too busy. We contacted the Lodge directly and upgraded to room to one of the suites, which increased the cost but was definitely worth the additional cost. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We eat at both Elements and Redwood and although the Redwood Restaurant was more expensive the food was excellent. The food at the Elements bar was also good value. The hotel benefits from a large car part and there is also a fuel (gas) station just at the entrance, which was really convenient to refuel the car.

Nothing all was fine.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. It was nice that it was hot and not just a cold breakfast. Pet charge was cheaper than any other hotel we have stayed at. Pool was amazing. Having a casino on site was nice. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was nice.

Some items in the room are looking a bit tired. Carpet, curtains and tile bathroom. Wound be nice to have a small chair on the balcony.

After a long day of travel, we loved all of the amenities available on site so we could just stay out of our vehicle for a while: nice restaurants, pub, small casino, gift shop for late night snacks, comfy beds and a great kids zone: 2 water slides and a small pool. breakfast was good as well!

Front desk lady was rather abrupt with us when we arrived. We realized we were early but it had been a horrible weather day traveling and we just wanted to get off the highway. We are both in our 60's and were frazzled. It was shortly after noon, I told her I knew we were early but she was rude & abrasive and told us there was nothing she could do (not even store our bags until check in) and to return at 4::00.
