Village Creek Country Inn

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, and well outfitted, with a lovely patio with a table for having breakfast. Beds were comfortable and there were actual pillows, not those flat anemic things so often used in hotels. Super relaxing. The Village is awesome, with clothing stores, a large grocery store, and fabulous restaurants, etc. Of course, Pigeon Lake is very close. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed and will be going back.

Beautiful inn with a fantastic location next to Pigeon Lake. Very well kept and presented, the room was very clean and we'll presented.. The staff were very helpful and extremely nice. There were even bicycles for use for the residents.

Unfortunately the power went out at the restaurant next door so we had about an hours round trip to a Chinese restaurant.... Which was good eats. Also it was our wedding anniversary so unfortunate really. Obviously not the inns fault but slightly disappointed.

First off the staff was fabulous and so helpful. The rooms were large and had all amenities you need. The location is beautiful!

The only complaint I have is that we had a meal catered into the Fireside Room, and it was delicious, however, the menu said seasonal veggies and we got frozen. For the dessert, we were supposed to have a variety of pastries, cakes, sweets ext. We got white and chocolate cake with different toppings.

Clean, spacious, quiet, very comfortable queen room/bed; four chairs (a sofa and 2 stacking chairs by the table)!!! Small desk, fridge froze water, fireplace (it was too hot for us to use it) Four puffy iloows, and lush towels with "extra"! Within walking distance of shops, cafes, supermarket and they had live entertainment in the square. Glass glasses (yeah) with both wine and highball! Friendly staff. Lots of ice

We loved our little get away, the room was clean. We were close to all the amenities (golf, mini golf, trails and HOT TUB). We absolutely loved it

It was weird that everything got closed at 8 pm and on long weekend, spa was closed. And no fire place (I guess it broke down few days prior to us coming down)

The Staff were very friendly and kind

The Inn was having an issue with their well so you couldn’t drink the tap water which was explained to us when we checked in. The water was a bit smelly due to well issues. However, the Inn provided all hotel guests free bottled water to drink. Also, the tap in our shower was broken and difficult to set it at a comfortable temperature.

Everything was amazing 🤩. The staff were friendly and delightful, they let us check in early. The room was clean, quiet and spacious, the location was easy to get to. There is a spa, pub and hot tub. We will DEFINITELY be coming back for a weekend to get away!

We didn't get to stay long enough. There was nothing we disliked about our stay.

This is the best Alberta hidden gem! The service (thank you Allie) the room, the view, the atmosphere, and the food, was beyond our expectations!!! If I could give this hidden gem an accurate rating...it would be a 15 out of 10! Oscar Winner for hidden treasures to unwind! Highly recommend!

Not a thing

An exceptional B&B. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet country atmosphere. An added bonus - right above an amazing “Farm Market” which provided breakfast. Loved our stay and choose this facility before a traditional hotel/motel!

Nothing - everything was great.

Very beautiful place with peaceful trails to walk, lovely facilities , friendly and helpful staff. Particularly liked the small patio off your room for morning breakfast and reading in the afternoon. All the shops and restaurants were great and right in the complex. Right near Pigeon Lake too.

We found nothing to dislike and will return for sure. Nice getaway from Edmonton without having to travel all the way to the mountains .
