Great as a hotel the night before a flight. The rooms are big, beds are comfy and also the restaurants offer good food for fair prices. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is directly connected to the check-in which makes everything - like a car drop off - so much easier. Day Parking included.

Knowing that their hotel is next to an airstrip they could have isolated their walls better. We could hear the neighbours talking and it felt like the airplanes took off in our room. Overnight Parking would not have been included (15 Dollar per night).

This is truly an awesome hotel!! Very upscale decore, trendy furniture and fixtures an awesome art gallery/display and located literally a few steps from the airport. We were in room 520 and it took 6 minutes to get from our room to the domestic departures luggage check. The hotel has an awesome bar, club and library located within it. Attached at the airport departures area is also a Tim's, Circle K, Great Canadian Brewhouse and a few other places to eat. Comfy beds, quiet, clean rooms with lots to do all around the grounds, conveniently attached to the airport and all for well under $200 at the time we stayed. We would highly, highly recommend this place especially at that price point.

The main floor is actually the second floor which is attached to the airport. However, when you drive to the hotel you actually enter on the first floor. More signage is definitely needed to guide you to the main desk as it was a bit difficult to figure out where you should be going when entering from the parking lot. A very minor complaint though.

The hotel is ideal for anyone with a early flight out of Edmonton International.

When originally booking into this hotel the cost provided by bookings.com was to be approximately $278.55 CAD. It was under estimated by an additional $57.67 (total $336.22 CAD). I realize the cost was charged in Canadian funds but the booking confirmation was clear that the cost in US was to be approximately $217.00. As of 6/29/22 the amount charged based on exchange converters was $260.06 (a 20 percent increase). Somewhat more than the $217.00 originally quoted. This is a misrepresentation of the room rate.

The location was literally steps from the terminal. It was extremely convenient for me with a very early flight. I woke up and headed over to the checkin of my departure and it took about 10 minutes door to desk.

I wasn't there long enough to find things I didn't like so for a short stay it was 99.9% excellent.

The location is really why we booked the room. We needed to fly out early the next day and staying here made it so easy so get to the terminal well in time. We parked our car in the Easy Park parade and walked into the airport straight to the hotel. When it was time to fly, we simply walked out of the hotel and into the airport. The room was very nice and had all the amenities we could ask for and we were very comfortable. The staff was also extremely helpful and accommodating.

The only issue we had was our room key wouldn't work in the elevator. Instead, we ended up going up with another guest and walking the stairs down one floor. We could've gone down to the front desk to get it fixed but it wasn't that big an issue, since we weren't planning on leaving the room until the next day anyway.

Can not be beat anywhere for closeness to airport, be it Departures or Arrivals it's right there at the airport building.

Being inside the airport building they've cornered the market as the only one there. This means they can charge as much as they like. Also we've noticed after a few stays now that the restaurant prices go up every time.

The hotel is directly connected to the airport terminal and this alone makes it worth the extra money to stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but comfortable. Quite a bit more expensive than staying off site but you can literally walk directly to and from the terminal to your room.

Room service took a long time. Unfortunately because of the location not many outside places deliver here, especially at night.

We didn't have breakfast. Ate dinner in the restaurant, very good. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Loved having the pedway directly into the airport. Checked out on the phone and staff were very helpful. Loved the the rooms were truly soundproof. Never heard a plane.

The proximity to the airport is a major plus.

Regulating the room temperature was a negative. When entering the room it was extremely warm. Adjusting the temperature control did not seem to work.

Great location, mainly If you are travelling on the next few days. Well decorated, big and comfortable rooms, great beds.
