I have stayed here 7 separate times since December 2022 and I have never had an issue with anything. The rooms are always clean, everything functions as it should. It was never a hassle to get an extra blanket or towels, parking is great and we didn’t run into a time when we weren’t able to plug our vehicle in when it was cold. The staff are very helpful and the check in process quick and painless. We bring a small dog with us and the pet fee is reasonable.

There were a handful of times when the restaurant had closed or wasn’t available during the hours posted, mostly towards the end of the evening. Not the end of the world however, the hotel is close to many restaurants or it’s easy to skip the dishes.

Pleasently surprised when we arrived that we were offered an upgrade to a king suite. ( for a small fee of xourse lol) but paid it anyways as it comes with a spa tub. Didn't even know they had them. Once we arrived at our room we were shocked the room was half the hotel, I swear. It was massive. Even had its own max capacity plaque. Max 29 people in the room. Crazy. The bed was so comfortable. I got up a lot through the night and never woke up my wife. The bathroom is huge. Not only do you have the tub but a walking shower, too. Overall, get this one, and you will not be disappointed.

For the size of the room, it would have benefits from a kitchenett.

Location was great and price was great. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft.

No breakfast was included, may have been miscommunication with booking site we used as opposed to the hotel itself but adding on the extra was very unexpected…we were trying to minimize our spending choosing only hotels with included breakfasts but it did taste wonderful. There was small amount of dried blood on the floor in the bathroom, shower leaked onto bathroom floor - soaking 1/2 a towel during the shower timeframe.

Location was easy to find, close to Edmonton Airport. The staffs and the manager on duty (Sunny) was all friendly and helpful. We asked if we can have airport shuttle to visit the airport (never been there before) and Sunny said no problem without questions. He even introduced a few Edmonton must visits for us and helped us when we needed help with our vacuum bag for our clothes late at night. Our room was very neat, tidy and has everything we needed. Surprised upgrade for our stay (it was our anniversary trip), can't be happier!

Nothing about the room or staff service. I feel a complimentary buffet-style hot breakfast option available will make this a 10-point stay!

The shuttle was quite convenient from the hotel to the airport once I figured out the appropriate phone number to contact as the number I called online through Booking.com did not lead to the hotel and I was incorrectly informed about the shuttle.

No small breakfast options like a muffin or even a granola bar when leaving for an early morning flight. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was dust and dirt along the shower stall.

I had just flown in from Toronto after a manager conference. My boyfriend had grabbed me from the airport and I got in a lot later than I had hoped for. The time difference was throwing me off, I was sleepy and cranky and out of it. The manager on shift (Sunny) was extremely helpful and so kind. Made check in so easy and even upgraded our room which was phenomenal. Made winding down from a weekend of busy work schedules so much easier. The room was beautiful and much more than I was expecting from my stay.

The location was great and quiet. The coffee machine in the lobby was great and a nice feature.

I happened to move a curtain and chair looking for a sock and there was alot of garbage under both items. This has me concerned about cleanliness. We booked for a 2 nights stay snd when we came back to the room the key did not work. At the desk they told us that we were there for 1 night ......They then recoded our key.

very clean, elegant decor and the staff were great that we interacted with. Check in was fast and checkout was easy with a simple text reply to let them know you’ve left with a reminder of checkout time but the bed my goodness it was absolutely amazing so comfortable like you felt cradled to sleep.

the parking lot, needs some repairs with some fairly big bumps/cracks for a low car, though if a good driver and no busy you could navigate around them but looked like they knew and were in process of addressing the issue.

The hotel was nice, great location and quiet. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice, always had someone there to assist if we needed. The restaurant in the lobby had delicious food and great staffing.

Our room had some minor damages to walls and the tub drain was very difficult to remove, it appeared part of the cap was damaged.

Stayed twice here now and will exclusively use from now on. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms and lobby are very clean. This is a very well run establishment!

If I absolutely had to find something to complain about... It would be nice if there was real coffee creamer at the coffee station in lobby instead of powdered Creamer.
