Honestly, everything was great. The room we stayed in was comfortable, and equipped with an air conditioner (which was needed, as it was rather warm outside!) The owner was friendly and helpful. The basket of snacks (at no extra cost!) was very appreciated. And the kitten was adorable!

The shower was... an interesting experience, but given the shape of the bathroom, I'm not sure they could have done anything different. It did make showering a more challenging experience than I would have expected.

The treehouse was awesome, the owners utilized the small space very well. Having the tub double as a bench by lowering and raising a solid wood cover. All the kitchen supplies and appliances were like new and in excellent working order. (Could use a few drying towels for dishes though) and the dish soap smells of 7-up. Mmm! Our hostess was very kind and knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of helpful ideas of things to do on our vacation.

The shower in the red room was a bit on the dangerous side to be honest. The roof is slanted and the shower curtain only goes about half way (a small hook on the slant could easily fix this issue) the water pressure is amazing but does cause the water to spray off your body and through the huge gap from the missing shower curtain. The floor and toilet got dangerously slippery and soaking wet. Also the wonderful jet tub in the treehouse needs a good clean. When the tub was filled and the jets turned on, a huge amount of black mold flakes shot out and littered the water. Not very appealing for a bath. It wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t try the jets. The red room could also benefit from a small table and tuck in stools against the wall by the fireplace for eating at.

We were disappointed that breakfast was no longer included in the stay, however the basket of snacks that were provided did help to tide us over especially the pears from the front garden. The room was "funky", comfortable, and quite adequate for our needs. Nice thick towels in the bathroom. Our hostess, Gab, was friendly and gave us helpful information on dining options for the evening and next morning.

We did miss having a reading lamp in the sitting area and a couple of bedside lamps.

Unfortunately, I thought I booked breakfast but I didn’t. The ambiance, the fire place was on, which made the room cozy and very comfortable. This is the first time I used a B&B when travelling and I would return and recommend this accommodation

The property was very private and in an excellent position so close to town.

I didn’t like that the shower/bath was in the main sitting room. It was ok for us as a couple but I wouldn’t like it if I was there with another person. Also the stairs up to the bedroom were dreadful.

Directly along our route through Grand Forks. Had many amenities such as kitchenette and two TVs. Very clean with fresh towels and shampoos, etc.

You could hear the highway noise. Very steep stairs to the bedroom with a somewhat rickety handrail. Bath in kitchen was a bit odd. The breakfast part of the B and B was a small basket of prepackaged sweet snacks.

Well the room was nice and loft style . The room was spacious with a comfy bed and TV. The ac was a good thing to have , a bit loud but very neccasary so was happy either way . The space down stair was cozy with a good shower/ bath good water pressure. Separate toilet and sink room . Overall it was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend for a couple that likes cute and quaint .

The check-in was fast and the owner was very friendly and helpful and had many great suggestions. The Treehouse studio was very cozy and fun. It is quite small and a bit tight for a couple to navigate, but I think that is all part of it's charm. The kitchen is fairly well stocked for preparing meals. The place was very clean and comfortable.

I did not eat breakfast. The room itself was super unique and really well decorated. It had a real nice sectional, a very very soft bed, and good finishing's. The room was clean and was very quiet. The location of the B&B is phenomenal, being right across the street from Save-on foods and nearby a bunch of fast food/restaurants. Given the price, it was an pretty awesome experience and would definitely stay again on my way through

The shower in this room was... unconventional to say the least. A standing shower was not possible so they have a detachable wand and a shower curtain that cannot cover the entire tub. I don't much care about this personally, so it didn't really impact my stay at all. Having a bath would have been 0 problems however.
