- easy to get from the airport. Very close to Canada Line that goes directly to city center - storage room, I could leave my bags, explore the city and pick them up on the way back to the airport. It made my stay much easier and Im thankful for that. - clean big room, comfortable bed. Quite place. - very friendly reception. Guy was helping me with things to do in Vancouver and provided maps. Important: - free shuttle from/to airport reservation atleast one day before check-in/out. I was too late with my request. So keep this info in mind when booking a shuttle. - early breakfast, 5:30- 9:30. Can be a big Plus if you have to check out early. Or you can just miss it accidentally (like me) mistakenly thinking it is at least till 10am.

The Location is easy to get to via the Bus and Skytrain from Horseshoe Bay Ferry. Has shuttle bus available to and from Vancouver Airport. Just steps away from The Story, excellent place for Dinner (reservation required) or Brunch. Has comfortable beds and I’ve always found it to be quiet. It’s my preferred place to stay when travelling. Friendly & helpful staff.

This hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the Vancouver airport and is also located across from a mini mall for necessities as well as 1 block to the River Rock Casino and the Skytrain and the seasonal Richmond Night Market. The staff at the hotel are awesome and so accommodating and the complimentary breakfast is super. Beds and pillows are totally comfortable. I have no reason to look elsewhere for accommodations when I travel to this destination.

the shuttle that they offered booked out quickly. they are still holding my security deposit against my credit card 5 days after check out. And they told me it was 3 days only

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom too was well maintained. Perfect for a long layover at Vancouver as they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

I have stayed at the Days Inn before and have always been impressed with the quick check-in process, the self-serve breakfast and the airport shuttle service.

The hotel has what appears to be old-world charm. The doors and hallways have lovely detailing, wallpaper and chair railings you might find in a small European hotel. The accent tiles and scallop soap dish made me feel like I was in a romantic Inn. This all hides the string WiFi signal, 5 billion TV channels (might be an exaggeration), fridge, microwave and nuker that are normal in a modern setting. The ladies at the front desk were cheerful and friendly, the gentlemen had no problem with my request for a late checkout. This is a _very_ excellent hotel with a good airport location. Note also: no noise! I couldn't hear planes taking off, people in hallways, or housekeeping in the morning.

I was, at first, a bit put off by the lobby. It's very small, and with the COVID plexiglass around the desk, it was a little off-putting. Although plentiful, the breakfast did not have eggs or meats (we went down after 730, so I cannot confirm there was anything earlier). Parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The room itself was probably one of the better hotel rooms we stayed in during our entire month away and enabled a great rest before a long arduous journey home to Australia. The staff were all awesome and polite including the lift operator, front desk and at breakfast. The breakfast itself, although basic was very adequate. Best of all was the value for money - just great. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great - although the wait time for pickup can be a bit protracted. There is a great Italian restaurant in walking distance - Red Tomato (or something like this) but be warned its across a very busy road in what appears to be an industrial area. We also stumbled upon the NIght Market in walking distance - a great experience and lovely surprise - notwithstanding the area it is located in

The hotel aesthetics are not great - it is a bit jarring to arrive at the front door and see staff behind plexiglass - almost giving you the impression it is not in a safe area. The lobby area and dining room could definitely do with an uplift. Around the hotel are a few restaurants but be prepared to walk and keep your wits about you as its next to a busy road in an industrial area. Seemed safe though ....

Close to airport and train station but in an industrial area far from downtown Vancouver. It was convenient for airport travel. Airline lost luggage so we were thankful there was a Costco and Walmart nearby. Hotel also provided free toothbrush, which we needed! Hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport plus a paid shuttle $36 at 11 AM to cruise terminal. Room was nice, clean and quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, and shower was hot and clean. Free breakfast was nice with hot waffles, hot and cold cereals, coffee/juice, yogurt, fruit and baked items. People were very helpful at front desk.

Free airport shuttle stops at 23:30 which is earlier than it says in Booking details. Our flight was late and we had to take a cab from airport, which was $22. Note that you must sign up for airport shuttle and cruise transfer in advance and pay cash (36 USD )for cruise transfer. This meant we had to decide when we would leave upon checkin rather than in the morning of checkout.

Comfortable room. Only a couple of minutes walk to Bridgeport Station. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our bags after checkout time and come back later in the day to catch a shuttle to the airport. This was much appreciated! There's a nice little bar/restaurant one minute walk away. Even had live music the night we went.

The shuttle driver we had when leaving for our vacation was pleasant and helped with our bags. He got a tip. The one we got when we returned from our vacation was not a happy camper, didn't help with our bags and didn't get a tip.
