The hotel is new and comfortable! I am very enjoyed it with my family. every piece of equipment is new and clean! It's close to the Richmond center. Those I like it. And the snacks drinks are really good. The restaurant is really good and high quality food.

no brush teeth no slippers but don't show in the description. The swimming pool is closed during pandemics, but it's acceptable! Secondly, the parking is not free and kind of expensive! if the parking is free that will be brilliant.

Very clean, great decor, wonderful amenities, robes, slippers, beds so comfortable, bathrooms are fantastic. I didn’t expect all this. Even the lighting in the room - love the relax setting. Staff always jumped to help with anything. Shuttle is accommodating. So impressed. I will always stay here now when I need an airport hotel in Vancouver (I go to Vancouver a lot) only thing, it is in an industrial area, can be sketchy if walking around or some views from the room. but it is by the airport so I think that’s to be expected.

The staff really goes the extra mile to make your stay something special. The room was extremely well cleaned on a daily basis (like committing a murder and covering up the evidence clean!), the breakfast was transcendental and there were free bikes available (for me as a Dutchy that is a big thing).

I can imagine that the hotel's proximity to the airport is seen by some as a big plus, but I do respect a good night sleep, and that is something that feels more like a concept than a reachable reality when you have a 5 lane highway running directly next to your room. Perhaps bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper such as myself.

all the staff were so welcoming and helpful, our room was incredible, especially the amazing bathroom ! We had a superb dinner and breakfast at Bruno again with exceptional service. We only wish we had more time to make use of the pool area during our brief stay. The Airport Shuttle was a godsend after a busy few weeks travelling. Thank you

we found navigating to the hotel a little difficult and the road systems in Richmond are very busy ! But thats not any fault of the Hotel !

The location is terrific and offers shuttle service. The front desk team was excellent. I personally wish the skytrain can be a bit closer, but can't ask for everything right. We picked the hotel for good washroom and accessories. They kept up the expectation. The breakfast at Bruno restaurant on weekday was great. If you self-parking, the International Trade Center parking is excellent and they also offer valet parking. Night market is basically next door.

You will need a badge for your floor and cant sneak into other floors which out a badge. For us that are in the different floors, it's hard to get around without having two badges. One thing worth mentioning is the sound proof isn't the best which you can hear kids talking in the hallway, however, other guests were mindful and it's quiet in the room.

This was the best equipped hotel we stayed at on our 17 day tour of Canada, it had all the mod cons and the airport shuttle worked a dream. The hotel was very modern and the bathroom was stunning, it was a very conveniently located for Richmond night market and the pool and gym was very sophisticated. They were also very happy to store our bags for the day as our flight wasn't until 8 in the evening.

The hotel is a little bit of a walk (8 mins) from the sky tram, on our way back walking through the dark streets could feel a little daunting as we ran into a couple of rough sleepers, so maybe not one for a solo traveller to do. Some people might feel there aren't a lot of amenities around if you don't have a car.

Beds great. Outdoor pool on 6th floor is fabulous (heated, peaceful, great umbrellas and lounges and view). Short walk to wonderful Story Cafe for breakfast. Has EV charging with valet parking, and airport shuttle.

Some of the “cool” decor is totally unpractical such as glass toilet area, no drawers in bathroom, and entry-level rooms have a stupid layout; the bed floating in the middle is fine and dramatic but there is only a very narrow desk on one side w no room for a chair and the round shower is like an airport xray chamber with no grab bars at all and slippery tile floor. Staff inconsistent— some great but valet staff didn’t alwyays do what they said they would (ie bring car on time or charge it)

The hotel had that je ne sais quoi that most other hotels lack. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel offered airport pick up and drop off which was great (though they took nearly one hour to pick us up from the seaplane dock!). The room was painted many bright colors which we enjoyed. Most hotels are just boring, white, pastel, whatever! The bathroom was fantastic. We enjoyed the soaking tub and the huge rain shower. Bed was a bit soft but not bad. The hotel has the feel of high end boutique hotels in Asia.

We sat at the Seair dock for nearly one hour waiting for the driver. When I first called, the person said 10-15 minutes. Called again after 25 minutes. She said he is coming. I gave her the address (I can't imagine that the driver does not know where the seaplane dock was). Called again at 50 minutes after my first call. "He is coming right now". 10 more minutes and I see the guy stopping at a place down the road and waiting. Finally he saw us and drove over. What the heck, he had the name of the dock plus I gave the hotel the address of the Seair dock. Not good. Good thing everything else was great with this hotel. They need to take care of this issue. Making guests wait over an hour (and having to call 3 times) when the hotel is not that busy is not acceptable.

The service is good ordering things up to the room is fast. They offer you ice tea or water upon arrival. Everything in the room and hotel was clean and beautiful. Restaurant food was delicious and good presentation. The hotel met all my desires.

The staff at the front desk honestly . They don't communicate clearly and they're cold and robotic . I told the guy I wanted to tip the valet and he set up the debit terminal so there was no tip option... :s and he isn't condescending but just really unfriendly ...not rude.. just hard to describe. The restaurant food was amazing but 3/4 people in my party got sick (we don't drink)

Very clean, very convenient to all the Asian plazas in Richmond, the outlet mall and to the airport. Very quiet even though it’s close to the airport. The bathroom is very enjoyable, not to mention they have a Dyson hair dryer. I always flip sheets up when I go to hotels to check for bed bugs, but it’s super clean here. No bed bugs! Mattress is Sealy with soft top. blankets are alternative down so it’s super comfortable and warm. Pool is heated, so it’s nice! Fitness center is also very nice. Complimentary bottled waters, welcome tea drink, snacks in the room. Valet parking available, but have self parking that’s in the same building. You gotta go thru a few corridors to get to the hotel though. Spaces are limited and $30ca for 24hours.

Need a bigger sign in the front to turn into the Hotel. Valet needs to drive slower in the parking lot. A little hard to get the bar soap out of the soap caddy when it’s wet, but now I’m just nitpicking, because this hotel is actually really great that there aren’t much big issues.
