lack of security inside the facility. it was difficult to enjoy the hot tub as there was a family with 5 children very young children that did not supervise their children that were jumping into the hot tub. these children were only 3-5 years old. no parental supervision. this made it difficult to enjoy as their behaviour in that area was very unsafe( running along the partition wall between the pool and hot tub). I understand it does not have a life guard and one would not be ordinarily justified but perhaps security making a trip through the area periodically.

I like that the staff was very accommodating and kind. Irene (Filipina) demonstrated such excellent customer service. She was warm and kind to my parents because they arrived earlier than we do, and Irene made sure that they're comfortable while contacted me to inform that they have arrived.

It would have been really nice if the pool hours start earlier in the morning because when they opened it at 8am, they still were cleaning the pool and my parents waited for about 30 minutes. Then, because they staff just put chlorine and asked the guests to wait for another 30 mins, my parents just went back to their room. It was a bit disappointing because one reason why we chose the location was for the pool. Other than that, everything's good.

- Comfortable room, and spacious enough for a family of 4. - Staff were courteous. - Room service was great. - Check out was a breeze.

- We had difficulty checking in for some reason. - Apparently, breakfast only covered 2 adults, which was not mentioned when I booked for 4 people (my family). Aside from being an odd rule, this was not what was advertised when i booked the room. Besidrs, all other hotels have breakfast for all people checked in. - Breakfast food could have been better. More vegetables and fresh fruit in the dishes wouls have been nice.

Everything was very nice. The front desk employees were very helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the workout area. We really enjoy the comfort of the beds.

I didn't get extra blankets for the pull out couch. There were extra pillows but the blankets was not enough to keep the two who slept on it warm. Other than that it was fine.

That we were in a corner suite. Where it was quiet and we didn’t have to bear people running or yelling In the hallway. I was happy to be placed in a corner suite twice in a row. Thank you so much as I have a difficult time falling asleep in a hotel setting.

The one stay before this one, my son felt uncomfortable in the pool with 2 teenagers blasting their loud music. He left the pool early.

Location was in close proximity to shopping areas but not too close. It provided a peaceful, quiet environment.

There was no porter service. So you had to take the trolley, load your luggage unto it and push it yourself.

Front Desk was very accommodating, they were very friendly and helpful with giving us answers about how other guests could check in while we were at a dinner. The room was clean and ready for us as soon as we checked in. Also appreciated how the keycards always worked as some hotels the keycards will stop working after 1 or 2 uses

It’s a well maintained, clean property. Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable with warm duvet covers. Breakfast was a surprise, since it wasn’t included in our original booking , but the hotel added it. Great breakfast 😋

Nothing obvious

Gym was quiet and easy to access. Staff in the restaurant were extremely accommodating and pleasant, even making sure my morning cold oats were made extra-special, although I would recommend them just as they are.

One treadmill wasn't working - but there were others that were.

Excellent room and bed. Fabulous breakfast.

There was an issue with the elevator. We finally chose to use the stairs even though we were on the 5th floor. Might not be an option for everyone.
