Breakfast was a nice variety, rooms were clean and pool was nice. The full kitchen was also nice.

The sofa bed/couch was old and very uncomfortable to even sit on let alone sleep on. The pillows were flat and the beds really soft, I found it hard to get comfortable.

Room was clean and staff was super friendly! Went above and beyond and issued a refund when we had to check out earlier than reservation. It was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Will definitely be back.

Beds were not very comfortable, and wifi access was tricky to figure out. Sofa was older and sat out.

Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Swimming pool was nice.

Shower is noisy because it didnt seal all the way. Some of the furniture is starting to get a little dated. The dresser had a mind of its own, the drawers kept opening and wouldn't stay closed.

One bedroom room had lots of room to move, kitchenette, and the bed and pillows were actually comfy. I liked having a door to close between the room and the main area to drown out hallway noise, though there wasn’t much noise anyways.

Because of covid rules the breakfast is no longer buffet, and it wasn’t that busy at the hotel so I think some of the bread products had been there for awhile. The scone I took was rock hard. Opt for the fresh fruit, yogurt, or DIY waffles

It was our second time in this hotel, we love the kitchen in the room, the full size fridge and the location. It's a great value hotel for families with kids, especially to those who want to prepare their own food.

There were guests (forest fire evacuees) who warranted enhanced security measures, it was a slight disappointment, but it is what it is. And the bathroom sink's drain was clogged again, the hotel needs a plumber to fix these drains, the first time it was clogged too and I had to fix it because the staff wasn't able to call a plumber...

Good location, clean, and kind staff.

Two different days , two different kinds of cold potatoes with breakfast. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. We will probably stay there again. The couch could use some updating, getting a little worn-out.

Breakfast was very good, grab and go, location very good, close shopping, restaurants. I was able to do my laundry in the building, which was very convenient for me. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wifi could have been better, l had trouble getting on line most of the time. There is a lot of security in the building and on every floor, felt like l was being watched all the time. But security is nice, having a peace of mind for my protection and everybody else.

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was great lots of options, rooms were clean, checkin and check out were fast, and location was great

Great location and plenty of parking. While the room may need some updating, it was clean and had everything that we needed.

The pullout couch definitely needs a new mattress - the springs are almost poking through. The staff were not overly friendly but were professional.

The breakfast was very good every day. Only had room cleaned once in a week do to covid/staff shortage.
